The lakehouse was clean and very comfortable. It was so cozy using the pellet stove for heat and the house has a lot of natural light. I felt very relaxed staying here and slept well at night. The views of the lake are stunning, especially down at the dock. Our kids enjoyed going down to watch the sun rise and we enjoyed a campfire one evening as a family. Everything you need to know is clearly stated beforehand (like there being a lot of steep steps to get down to the lake and needing to bring your own drinking water), so there are no surprises. I appreciate the hosts providing so much important information up front so we didn’t have any issues or questions during our stay. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights at Cheryl & Kyle's. Beautiful sunsets, dips in the lake, hot tub, sauna, well equipped kitchen, AC, ... A great perch to enjoy what the county has to offer! Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Echo Lake had become a very special trip for my family. We appreciate that the kitchen stuff is as nice as our stuff at home! No internet this time, but we didn't have any trouble using a hot spot. It was great to have a safe vacation during all this. Thanks again, we can't wait to come back

We stayed at Anchors Away with our family in July. We loved it so much we came back to celebrate our anniversary in September. There are so many reasons to love this home.....starting with Mike and Danielle being great hosts~everything is organized and clearly communicated. The house is charming and thoughtfully decorated. It is functional in every way. We cooked or grilled each night and ate dinner on the huge porch overlooking the lake. We kayaked (with kayaks provided in their shed) each morning and ended our evening with a campfire on the lake. Rent this one! You will be so happy you did.

Shannon did an excellent job communicating with us and provided us with picture instructions on how to use the hottub, firepit and remotes for the heat and fireplace. She was aware we were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and was so sweet to leave him a birthday card and chocolates. We were also pleasantly surprised to see she had a snack basket, bottled water, eggs, bagels and food in the cuoboards that we could help ourselves to at no extra cost. She was extremely welcoming and allowed us to take our time checking out. We loved our stay at her beautiful home and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home, kitchen was perfectly appointed, great for a large group that enjoy cooking. Location was great for the wine lover, and hobby foodie. Would definitely stay in this area again.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed, fabulous location in a lovely neighbourhood, and just down the road from a vineyard, and some markets!! It was such a spacious easy house to adapt too, perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend this house and this location.

Great spot in town, walkable to most places. Lots of wineries in the area, bikeable or short drive. We were a party of 8 and had lots of room. We enjoyed the waffle maker, movie style popcorn maker and freshly ground coffee beans.

Yvonne was fantastic. The place was great, lots of space for our group. Super quick walk to town. Yvonne was great at communicating, informing us of completely reasonable house rules. She laid everything out including some great recommendations. We were in PEC for a friends wedding and felt completely taken care of because of Yvonne’s hospitality. Would recommend this place to family & friends.

It was an amazing experience staying at the Island. Surrounded by the lake it had great views and was private and serene. A must visit place if you like lakes and live close to the nature. JP is very friendly and amazing host. Despite there being a boat reserved for us to drive on the mainland JP helped us travel to and from the mainland even when it was 11 PM in the night which we really appreciate. He was very responsive with communication and responded very quickly to all our queries and requests. 10 stars for the amazing host who made our stay 10 times more amazing. Thank you!

Stella & Laverne were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Was hard to leave, we could have staid on much longer. Everything was just right, bunkie cute and comfortable. Bedrooms gorgeous, living room cozy. Lovely porch with a perfect daily view of the Bay of Quinte. Gorgeous sunsets to calm the mind. Fun huge yard and fire pit. We hope to go back in 2025. ♥️

We had an amazing time visiting the Finger Lakes. Pauline's boat house was so cozy. Being located right on the lake was a huge plus. We enjoyed coffee every morning lakeside under the sun. Pauline was very kind and responsive. We would definitely return to the boathouse! Thank you very much Pauline!

We absolutely adored our stay! Ted and his wife were very quick with communication and she even gave us the history of the property which was very interesting. They felt like family but gave us complete privacy. We will be returning again and again for sure! The perfect weekend getaway!

This was our second time staying here with a big group, and once again, it did not disappoint! The space was perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably, and there was so much to do—we never felt bored. Whether it was relaxing together, enjoying the amenities, or exploring the area, everything was seamless. The hosts were just as welcoming and responsive as before. We had a fabulous stay at Pat and Kelley’s! Having the fire pit in the back, right alongside the creek, was truly magical. They expertly planned the property so that guests have privacy and separation from the other cabins and they are always available and responsive for anything that comes up. Their place feels disconnected enough in Phoenicia from larger towns that you feel the Catskills vibe, while also having super close access to restaurants and such in Woodstock or the surrounding areas if you’d like it. We will definitely be back. Thanks again, Pat and Kelley—an unforgettable weekend that your place will always be a part of!
