With floor to ceiling views of Lake Hayes, Coronet Peak and surrounding mountains with your own private access and your own homely lounge area, this is the perfect retreat that is both close to the bustle of Queenstown, however in a tranquil country setting. Located a 10 minute drive from the airport or to Arrowtown and a 20 minute drive to Queenstown CBD.

Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. Attached to our home you have your own unit with full kitchen, lounge/ dining and two bedrooms with ensuites . In summer 2025 we have redorated the bedrooms and refreshed the lounge furniture. Underfloor heating and cozy wood fire for winter enjoyment. You share our 5 acres with us but we have provided a private outside space to take in the scenery and enjoy some peace and quiet. Check out our photos!
