LAKE AND MOUNTAIN...B&B AL POZZO

Our B&B “Al Pozzo” is part of an old farmhouse restored and refurbished. It is situated right on the path leading to the “Basilica di S. Pietro Al Monte” (http:/www.amicidisanpietro.it), a monument considered to be a jewel of Romanesque art (X-XI century). And further on along the path are our wonderful montains with its Monte Cornizzolo, a peak famous for paragliding (www.cornizzolo.com). Is is a very short distance from the cliffs, where climbing enthusiasts will enjoy various levels of difficulties in this adventurous sport. There are easy links to che cities of Milan, Como, Bergamo, to the picturesque towns of Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and to Switzerland. And just 4 Km from “Al Pozzo” you can visit the beautiful historical city of Lecco, on Lake Como, with its amazing views famously described in the novel “The Betrothed” by A. Manzoni. A bit about us: we are a family made up of a young couple, Barbara and Beppe, and two children, Ale and Franci, lovers of mountains and nature. We grow our own organic vegetables, we have two dogs and even a stable with twenty odd goats which help us produce a high-quality homemade cheese! You will be able to taste it at breakfast or it you choose to dine comfortably at our typical restaurant part of the farmhouse structure- We are looking forward to your visit!

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich auf einem ruhig gelegen Hof im Grünen mit diversen Tieren. Die Ponys begrüssen Sie gerne auf dem Weg zu Ihrem Bijou. Der Caravan ist gemütlich und charmant eingerichtet, hier können Sie sich wohl fühlen und in der Natur die Seele baumeln lassen Die nächst gelegene Stadt (Langenthal), ist mit dem Auto in ca. 2-3 Minuten erreichbar, Busstation und ein Restaurant befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu empfehlen Cafe Bäckerei Felber in Lotzwil. Mit Auto in 5 Minuten

Ampia camera matrimoniale in elegante palazzo d’epoca in un quartiere residenziale di fronte al Duomo a pochi minuti dal centro storico e dal lago. La stanza,molto luminosa, ha accesso al balcone privato con sedie e tavolino che permette di rilassarsi e godere del panorama. Il letto ha un confortevole materasso in memory con armadi e accessori pregiati e un pavimento in parquet dell’epoca. Bagno privato con doccia. Su richiesta preparo colazione e cene. Close to the city and still in the countryside, two large rooms (1 livingroom, 1 bedroom) with balconies and wonderful mountain views await you. A newly converted guest toilet and guest bathroom with shower for sole use. Possibility for a 3rd person (mattress on the floor) in the room for an additional Fr. 50.-. NO kitchen available! Buffet with coffee machine, kettle and microwave. In a calm neighborhood. By public transport in the city of Lucerne in 30 minutes (bus 800m, train 1.3km).

Enjoy the great view to the mountains in a quiet area. Our B&B is a starting point for several leisure activities. Enjoy and relax all seasons in the whirlpool e.g. after hiking. You have a private sleeping room and just beside your bathroom. Enjoy direct access to the wintergarden to do some work or eat something. Discover by car within one hour the greater area to see several point of interest Luzern, Rheinfall, Flumserberge, Lake Zurich, Rapperswil. I hope that sounds good for you!

Unsere 2 Zimmer sind sehr romantisch, ruhig und in unserem schönen Bauernhaus mit hochwertigen Materialien und Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer.
