Wonderful upstairs end unit, only one neighbor and nobody above you! Directly across from the pool and the fire pit. 5* location!!!

Great location, close to Gruene. Comfortable beds, spacious interior with a full kitchen and outdoor grill.

Perfect rental property for a weekend away in the Gruene/New Braunfels area. We had 6 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The best part was the location; we were able to walk to Gruene! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo and the proximity to the town. View of the lake was gorgeous! Place had everything we needed and we loved the pool and hot tub!

Fred is an excellent communicator and very responsive. The lodging and location was exactly what we were hoping for! It was a beautiful and peaceful stay for our family.

This property was a very pleasant surprise. It was very roomy and comfy with plenty of amenities and beautiful scenery all around the property. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and recreational area was great and we honestly spent most of our time there. The only thing if any were the many bees and wasps around that area but I guess that’s expected and out of their control. There were a lot of dead bugs floating inside the (2) pools and jacuzzi. It would have been a plus for sure if the water in the pools would’ve been cleaner. There’s many stores and good restaurants just a few minutes away. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely return to this property in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights visiting our son who is studying in San Antonio. Excellent and helpful host- clear instructions on how to find the apartment where to park and how to access. All really easy.the apartment was clean and welcoming - I loved the snacks and popcorn and range of coffees and tees. Having a kettle as an English guest in America was great. Would recommend.

My stay was truly enjoyable! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Alison was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. I also loved the cleanliness and attention to detail in the accommodations, which contributed to a comfortable experience. Overall, it felt like a perfect getaway!

We received champagne on arrival which was nice after an 1.5 hour drive in (in traffic). There was a small issue as we booked a 2-room suite (1 king, and 1 queen, 2 bath) but on arrival there was an issue so we received 2 king room, which worked out well as they were right across the hall. It was my wife and I, plus a dear friend as we went to a concert.

Convenience to downtown.

Anibal’s place is always very peaceful and comfortable. It’s consistently clean and safe, and feels like home. Anibal makes an extra effort to provide everything you need such as toiletries, snacks and great bedding. He also communicates regularly with any info and messages you need.

I appreciate staying here when working in Austin. Love that there's always some laundry stuff and a few things in kitchen for preparing meals. You can avoid the time share people you do not have to stop by their section when you check in! Once I learned that I was happy to keep returning to here when I travel to Austin!

This was part of a hotel-like resort system, which I personally really like (24 hour staff should you need anything). Also, the unit I stayed in was huge, which was a bonus since I was pretty much stuck inside due to the ice storm. Fred was great with communication as well, but I didn't really need anything since my stay was completely problem-free.
