We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Located in Fisherman's Paradise, this quaint home is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. With Spring Creek directly across the street, it's great for fishing or just enjoying the outdoors from the patio area as well as some nearby walking trails! Inside is a small but cozy space with a rustic feel and modern amenities. Enjoy the view and the quiet with little to no traffic. We are 15 minutes from Penn State's campus so get the best of both worlds. We Are!

The Blue Humble Abode

Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Your spacious private suite will easily sleep 4 people. Bedroom with full bed, Sleeper-Sofa in livingroom, folds out to full bed, and twin cot available. Serene setting Located 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center. Two night minimum PSU game weekends. Take time to enjoy what Happy Valley has to offer, & take time to relax while you experience the peaceful setting of your location. Bus stops on street corner near rental. Absolutely NO SMOKING

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.
