spacious, one-bedroom self contained walkout basement apartment. (Enter through the private entrance into the necessary comforts for an ideal stay on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. A short walk to downtown Fergus and nearby walking trails. A five minute drive will bring you to downtown Elora to explore many shops and restaurants. Within a five to 10 minute drive enjoy more beauty of the Elora Gorge or Quarry . Bellwood lake and Cox Creek Winery 10 minute drive.

1850 Settler's Cabin in Private Forest

Our beautiful 1850 settler's log cabin is simply furnished and does not have plumbing. Electricity is powered by a honda generator. Fresh drinking water is supplied. Bathroom is a clean, private outhouse and guests have access to our centralized guest shower facility on premises from 6-9 am/pm daily. As your Bed and Breakfast host we will personally greet you and check you in and always remain on property while offering you privacy. We are designed for a quiet, peaceful rustic getaway.

Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (less than 5 minutes drive) to downtown Fergus, 7 minute drive to downtown Elora. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.

Victorian Apartment-Downtown Elora

The Victorian Apartment is located in the heart of Elora just steps away from Bissell Park and the Elora Mill. Two floors with a full kitchen, bathrooms on both levels, laundry, upstairs outside porch and a claw foot tub make this suite uniquely cozy. The wifi has recently been upgraded to the EERO mesh system. I am open to hosting your pets as well but they have to be medium to small (Under 30 lbs) and well mannered. Please no barking dogs or dogs who mark their surroundings.

The Wellington Suite

Our basement suite has a separate entrance through the garage. We are located at the north end of Fergus, a 5 minute drive to down town Fergus and 8 minutes to down town Elora for shops and restaurants. 8 minutes to the Sports Plex where the Scottish Festival, and other events are held. 5 minutes to the Elora Gorge. We are pet (Dog) friendly. Please enquire if you want to bring a pet other than a dog.
