The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence.

We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Genteel Home Madrazo, Genteel Home Madrazo II

Se trata de un apartamento ubicado en la segunda planta de un precioso edificio clásico pero rehabilitado, con ascensor y con un piso por planta. La vivienda cuenta con algo más de 200 m2, y se distribuye en un gran salón, cocina, tres dormitorios y tres baños. Al entrar en el apartamento encontramos un lujoso hall-recibidor de unos 20 m2, mediante el cual se accede a un gran salón de 50 m2, todo exterior, con 4 balcones a la calle de Los Madrazo, una zona de estar con sofá, sillones y TV de 65" con Smart TV incorporado, y una zona con mesa de comedor para hasta 8 comensales. Desde el hall accedemos también a la cocina, muy amplia de tamaño, con más de 20 m2 y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. Además tiene varias ventanas que ventilan al patio central del edificio. Continuando por el pasillo accedemos a la zona de dormitorios, interiores, dando al patio, pero a la vez con luz y muy confortables pues están orientados hacia el sur. Dos de los dormitorios tienen camas de 0,90 x 2,00 y el otro tiene cama de matrimonio de 1,80 x 2,00. Por otro lado, dos de los dormitorios tienen baño en suite, y el tercer baño es independiente, aunque pegado al dormitorio que no tiene baño incorporado. El edificio cuenta con una zona común de gimnasio con máquinas de ejercicio a disposición de los inquilinos que se alojen en el apartamento. La zona de los Madrazo es una de las más lujosas y exclusivas de Madrid, pero siendo una calle muy tranquila. **Este apartamento se alquila por temporada, para estancias medias o cortas, pero de acuerdo únicamente con la normativa LAU como "uso distinto de vivienda", y no se permiten alquileres con fines turísticos sino que el alquiler debe ser por motivo laboral/personal/familiar, etc., y la persona que alquila deber residir fuera de Madrid, y por supuesto nunca hacer de esta vivienda su residencia permanente (sino que será su residencia temporal), ni empadronarse en la misma.** **Para estancias mensuales, los suministros de agua y luz estarán incluidos hasta un máximo de 100€ mensuales. A partir de esta cantidad será el huésped el que se haga cargo de la diferencia, siendo entregada por parte del alojamiento la factura correspondiente para verificar el gasto**. Durante la estancia no podrán acceder al inmueble más personas que las que hayan indicado en la reserva, por tanto queda prohibido el acceso al inmueble a personas que no estén registrados como huéspedes. El incumplimiento de este precepto supondrá el cargo extra del 50% del importe de la estancia completa como penalización, o en su defecto la expulsión inmediata del alojamiento.

The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
