We had a wonderful stay at this villa - the views were beautiful, and the houses all had everything needed for a fantastic stay. The hosts was very helpful and responsive for the entire holiday and beforehand. We loved the resident cats (especially Beer the black and white cat!! We will miss him 💔). Definitely requires car hire to stay here, but a quick drive to shops, beaches and towns. Had an amazing holiday and would love to come back!!

Tolles, luxuriöses Haus mit sehr viel Platz und großem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr schöne Aussicht. Edward war immer erreichbar und sehr hilsbereit. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den vier Hunden, die auch am Grundstück wohnen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The house is amazing! Extremely well equipped with everything needed and more. Very clean and tidy. Great attention to detail on every aspect of the house. The team was very responsive and helpful. Alma (the cleaning lady) was helpful and always available throughout the stay. The location of the house was magical - so quiet and peaceful. We totally loved it. A highly recommended house and team!

Amazing location and amazing hosts. An unforgettable stay, the view, the pool, the outdoor shower and the incredible colour of the ocean. Kefalonia was way beyond what I expected. Put a stay at Spiti Mou on your bucket list!

Très belle villa perchée sur la colline avec une vue à couper le souffle , encore mieux que sur les photos ! C’était ultra propre et rangé et nous disposions de tout le nécessaire . Amalia est très réactive aux messages et a tout le temps répondu à toute nos questions. Nous sommes arrivés tard et cela a été bien apprécié de trouver le nécessaire pour commencer le séjour ( fruits , lait , café , bière ..etc) À recommander , nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

We spent a beautiful relaxing week at Villa Petri. Our host was friendly and welcoming. The house was perfect and the swimming pool and garden and landscaping immaculate. The supermarket and closest restaurant were a few minutes walk and the local coast was beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

What a find! We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone else, we hope to go back. It is a peaceful part of the island and suits the relaxed pace we wanted, with beautiful natural surroundings. The pool with that view was stunning throughout the day, with the evening sunsets and lighting at night being beautiful. We had everything we needed and the cleaner did a great job, and even left us flowers. We loved hearing the goats roaming nearby, giving us clues to where they were by their bells tinkling, and one day we got to see them in the garden. Great places to eat nearby, and stunning beaches. Marios was a star and gave excellent recommendations. He went out of his way to try and find us more p20suncream which we had run out of! We loved it here and are so very pleased we were able to stay.

The most beautiful place I have every stayed! Location is perfect, nestled away with a lovely view yet easily walkable into the many restaurants of Agia Effimia for dinner. Lounging in the living area with a view of the private pool, or under the shade of the parasol in the sun was the perfect holiday experience. Though we only travelled as a couple, the extra wardrobe space and second bathroom were an ideal luxury for a week's stay. Angela, who greeted us on arrival, was extremely helpful during our stay with restaurant recommendations, and extras like our in-villa massages. Appreciated the daily breakfast which catered well for vegetarians. Agia Effimia is the best location in Kefalonia for exploring the island and Pera Perou is the chicest private accommodation, with the service of a five star hotel.
