Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Just 5 mins from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches, this gorgeous self-contained room features a modern en-suite, private entrance, TV, and small dressing room. Although no kitchen, a breakfast buffet is provided with toaster, fridge & kettle. There is ample free parking and a private patio outside the room with table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. Very peaceful, yet 15 mins from the towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn. We have recently renovated a self contained annexe to a clean and comfortable place to stay. The annexe consists of a large open plan lounge & kitchen area, large bedroom, bathroom and an enclosed deck area in the garden. Please note despite airbnb overview making us look as if we are in the middle of a field, we are in fact on the side of quiet B Road. Train station in Bow Street is now open, a 10 minute walk away, we are happy to pick you up to save you the WALK!
