La residenza è ubicata al terzo piano di un edificio residenziale riservato, fornito di ascensore e comodamente fruibile in quanto privo di barriere architettoniche.

L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.
