The house was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

El estudio de 30 metros cuadrados esta en una colina tranquila, en el medio de una zona protejida (Natura 2000). Para llegar: una calle de tierra. Estamos a unos dos 2km del pueblo de Afantou.
