Fantastic place! This was our second time staying here and we’ve loved it both times. Very close to ski hills and convenient to get to downtown harbor springs or petoskey! Perfect for our family vacation.

Matthew's place had everything we needed for our stay. A lovely home and all the thoughtful touches made and comfortable bed coverings made us feel welcomed. Walkable to the grocery and restaurants downtown. Charlevoix was our mid-point for day tripping to Leland and Petoskey to the shores and beaches. We would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home in wonderful setting! Everything was as stated and would highly recommend! Definitely will stay again!

The house was exactly what we needed for a ski trip with 5 kids and 3 adults. All the kids were able to play pool, ping pong, and basketball in the basement while the adults relaxed upstairs after a long day of skiing. No issues. Chip was easily reachable before/during/after our stay.

This home was a perfect place for a women's mini retreat weekend. It was a very comfortable space for 6 ladies. A suggestion would be a little heater in the main floor master bath for colder months would be helpful. It is quite chilly in there. We hope to stay again sometime.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—walking distance to great restaurants in downtown Petoskey. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Meghan was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t wait to stay at the LBC again soon!

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

This is our 2nd time staying at this charming second story apartment with cozy beds, a relaxing fireplace and view of the slopes. This is becoming our go-to when staying overnight in Petosky.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. The linens/sheets were fabulous. The decor and art was superb. The small touches of fresh lavender, beautiful flowers on the porch and toiletries in the bathrooms were great. The location is fantastic. Would love to stay there again. It’s a special place. Marnie, your place was wonderful! Even better than the pictures showed. We loved it and felt very at home. I have no complaints at all. The stairs could be a challenge for many but once you are up them it’s worth it. You have a gem ! Thank you for sharing it ❣️

Wonderful stay with a gorgeous atmosphere. It was a but smaller than we originally perceived, but was promptly made up for with cleanliness and an abundance of amenities. Location was key as well.

100% awesome place to stay! Super cozy, quiet, right next to Bay Harbor and the highway being right there makes getting to Petoskey easy peasy. This makes Walmart or Meijer runs a breeze should you nee provisions and downtown is around the corner for local eats. I was there for a couple days of snowboarding and will totally investigate availability when I come up next year or if the wife and I drop in over summer!

Great place for big families, host was very responsive and condo is in a great location. Our only comment is that the condo can potentially hold 14 but there are only 2 bathrooms and one is in the master bedroom so a little hard for everyone to access at all times, other than that a great place and kitchen is fully equipped.

We had a great stay. This place is very nice and has everything you could possibly need. Also in a fantastic location. We will be back!

We loved this place, it was perfect decor our skiing weekend as it was only 10 minutes from nubs nob. The place was spotless and beautiful, we would definitely come back!!
