The Roost

Your group will be comfortable in this spacious space with an eat in kitchen, sitting area, queen size room w/ en suite bath, den, 2nd full bath. Upstairs has 2 doubles, tv area, work space and game table. 625 sq ft. There is a fenced yard. Note the cabin is adjacent to a small pavilion that may be reserved for gatherings. We are a working petting farm and there will be patrons visiting during operating hours who may pass by in close proximity. You will be responsible to keep your gates closed.

You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

The Cabin includes a spacious dock with room for up to 3 boats, enough to host friends and family for an evening of cocktails and fireworks. Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte.
