The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Approx one hundred metres from UNESCO World Heritage Site ‘The Jurassic Coast’ and its famous fossil beaches. Broadlands is an ideal base to enjoy the beach and the beautiful countryside of West Dorset. Walk along the coast to Lyme Regis or inland along the river Char and into the beautiful hills of Dorset.

Come and enjoy glorious sea and country views. We are in a quiet corner of Lyme Regis, a scenic mile’s walk from the beach. The cabin has parking and is a 5 minute drive to beach. It is an easy walk down with sea views then an uphill walk back. Lyme is hilly with glorious vistas. It’s a good spot for walkers - near the coastal path plus near a footpath that takes you either inland into Uplyme’s country walks or via the picturesque River Lim for a meandering longer walk to Lyme.
