Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, Kanangra Walls, Mayfield Garden, Jenolan. Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

St Clements Cottage

St Clements Cottage is a charming cabin situated on the picturesque Butterfactory Lane, approximately nine kilometres from Oberon town centre. It is set amongst six acres of a family owned property where stunning English gardens meet rustic tablelands countryside. About two and a half hours from Sydney, the Jenolan Caves, Mayfield Gardens and the historical town of Hartley are all within a short driving distance of St Clements Cottage.

The Hill Station at Mt. Tomah

The Hill Station is in the heart of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, immediately adjacent to the Mt. Tomah Botanic Gardens. The renovated cabin is set in an acre of gardens and is an ideal retreat for a couple. The cabin has a Living/Bedroom area with one queen bed, a sunny Kitchen and a new Bathroom. There are cafes nearby, the Botanic Gardens are a short walk, and the main towns of the Blue Mountains are 20 minutes drive away.
