The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses and sheep grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Please note the doorways to the bedroom and bathroom are not as high as UK standard. No Smoking

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
