The place was absolutely beautiful and in a truly amazing location. Even though it was a short trip for us, everything about the location, home, hot tub, etc. made it so worth it!

Sue’s place had great views and that cozy cabin feel. She was a great host and was very willing to accommodate us. The Airbnb was exactly as it was described. The surrounding town was also beautiful and had excellent places to eat. Well worth the stay.

The place was really nice even better then the pics. I would def come back again. The horses were a plus. The bathtub floor could use a lil deep cleaning. But other then that everything was great. The jacuzzi was relaxing and the surroundings were peaceful.

This cottage was the perfect respite for my family. The big panoramic window that looked out over the water was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but the university of Delaware was 20 minutes away and Baltimore an hour south. It was a perfect house for a long weekend getaway.

Loved the cabin! Especially enjoyed the hot tub and board games and super comfortable beds! Woke up every morning to the sounds of the birds. Perfectly clean, quiet and peaceful (we did think it would be set back further from the street, but there’s almost no traffic so the road noise was minimal). The wood-fired hot water and heat give a nice rustic touch, plenty of wood is included and it only needs to be stoked twice a day. Laundry soap is provided, which was a nice bonus, as are the kitchen staples (peanut butter, flour, spices, popcorn, etc). Melody is a great communicator, answering all questions promptly, and everything was as described in the listing. Everything is labeled and the instructions and house rules are clear and easy to understand. As someone who travels frequently, this property is well above average, particularly in this region. Will happily stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Beautiful house and beautiful view. Outdoor jacuzzi with the view is not to be missed! Gorgeous and clean home. The private site made it an amazing getaway from busy life. Thank you, we will be back soon!!!

A quiet, peaceful few days away with the family and dog. Morning coffee on the deck and evening sunset walks. Board games and quiet time to unwind. Fun grounds to explore. And very close to drive to fun breweries and Middleburg places to hang out if you want someone else to cook. Overall a very relaxing few days .

Such a cool cabin. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a second property by Heather that I stayed at, and again she didn't disappoint. She has an impeccable taste for decorating. I can't wait to check out more Airbnbs she owns. thank you so much Heather! :-)

Me encantó este alojamiento hermosa vista. Una casa rústica hermosa muy equipada con todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Cocina limpia y con muchas cosas que puedes ocupar igual el baño muy equipada con productos de cuidado personal por si olvidaste algo esta casa lo tiene. Es sorprendente como este alojamiento brinda cada detalle que puedas ocupar dentro y fuera del lugar. Muy limpio toallas y sábanas limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y pienso volver me encantó

Great place to stay for rest, relaxation, peace and quiet. In my short time there, I saw a wild turkey, a fox, an otter, red wing black birds, a woodpecker, and cardinals. And at night, I heard tree frogs and an owl was really close by. Terri is wonderful as a host!

A fair and open spaced home. Free of clutter. Many updated electronics I didn't expect. Only drawback was the microwave. It had a lagging door switch that locked when it was ready. If your impatience, it would test your nerves. A shower that was plenty hot and spacious. Loved the size of the home and location, I want to rent this again.

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

The cabin is secluded and very quiet The cabin had everything we needed. It was perfect for us because we are older and needed peace, quiet and a place to get some rest. We loved going into Shephardstown and going through the shops and finding places to eat. We will definitely go back!!

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

We were three small families staying at Stephanie's place, and we all absolutely loved it! I have to say, the pictures don’t necessarily reflect the true experience—it was even better when we walked in. It was spotlessly clean, warm, cozy, and spacious. The kids played downstairs while the parents cooked and relaxed upstairs. It's just a few minutes away from the Liberty Sky Station. We hope to come back soon! Thank you once again for having us.

To be concise: this place was perfect for my wife and I who were desperately in need of some time away from work. Serene, peaceful, perfect. Susan and Lee made it easy from start to finish and we will 100% be back.

We loved this cabin. It really is from the 1800's. I felt like I was having a sleepover with Laura Ingalls. Angela answered all of my questions before check in and made us feel at home with fresh ground coffee and milk. we will definitely be back.

We loved our experience at John’s cabin! It was so incredibly peaceful - our host could not have been more friendly & helpful, even on a holiday weekend, the woods were beautiful surrounding the lovely cabin on a hill, and the beds were comfy. We definitely wished we were staying longer than a weekend!

Wonderful and cozy stay in stunning setting - great if you want to go camping with a bit more comfort. The train was quite loud so good to be aware of that, but we had anticipated it so it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Hope to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. Denny the caretaker was helpful and friendly. Definitely will plan a longer trip back. Bettina was very nice.. easy instructions. We really enjoyed ourselves.
