This is our second time staying at Kristy's place. Just like last time, it was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable! Every time I've communicated with Kristy she's been quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

This was an amazing getaway, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the heated pool, especially for how cold the weather has been. The deck that wraps around the house is beautiful as well. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely love to come back, thanks for a great stay!

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

As we opened the door, there was that great, welcoming smell. The place was very clean, beds well made, ready for us. Our host even had snacks for us which were welcoming since we had a 3-hr trip to get there. We definitely recommend this place to a big family!

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

A huge thank you to the amazing hosts for welcoming us into your beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and smelled so fresh and inviting. The space looked exactly like the photos—if not even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Our kids felt right at home and had plenty of space to play and unwind, which made the trip even more enjoyable for all of us. It was truly a family-friendly space that met all of our needs. Communication with the hosts was seamless—they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town, and we highly recommend this gem to anyone, especially families, looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

very much enjoyed our stay... complete with complimentary fresh bread, bacon/eggs, and jar of farm fresh milk! bedrooms clean and comfortable; really only 3 private bdrms, other is open floor space for air mattresses; full kitchen clean, tho could use a few more real coffee mugs! :) nice place to stay, not far from local activities; nice park/playground/picnic/fishing/boating area nearby (Muddy Run Park), and a must stop: Evans Chocolate Candies (Willow Street, PA, just up the road); thanks to Host David for prompt and friendly communications!

My extended stay here was truly exceptional! The place was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a real home away from home. Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

The many Du Pont gardens are a 15-minute drive through rolling hills studded with beautiful homes. This quiet, spacious house has nice outdoor spaces and artsy decor featuring sequined pillows, faux fur throws, antiques, whimsical sculptures, dried/artificial plants and many framed prints. There are lots of snacks, dishes, paper products and a good-sized small refrigerator. The HVAC system is quiet, and beds have comfortable foam toppers. The books include one with photographs detailing the history of the area. Nearby is Harvest Market, with prepared foods and friendly staff. Also, Taquerían Moroleón (Mark’s recommendation) where we got a wonderful shrimp taco dinner. After a long day of sightseeing, we dined while watching a Netflix movie on the huge TV. Mark is an exceptional host! After leaving, I mistakenly thought I had left behind a power cord and asked if he found it. He searched, then got down on his hands and knees to search again, then had his wife look too. Wow!

Perfect place to stay for a visit with our UD Student! Cute place! Love the game room! It was perfect for the family!

We continue to return to this fabulous place! Kids love the cottage. 15-20 min drive through Lancaster's fields and farms make this a beautiful experience. Highly recommended. Peter is a great host!

Connie was an amazing hostess! This was our 1st experience using an AirB&B, we were cautiously optimistic, and she exceeded every expectation from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out! She thought of everything. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, we especially loved the animals and various birds. I could go on and on, suffice to say we are already planning our next stay at “Turtle Cove” which is what we have affectionately named it!!!

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for to participate in a nearby competition. There were minor issues that the host addressed quickly and we got back to our vacation. Would stay here again.

Great homey place. It was spotless except for a dirty skillet left in the oven. There is also a dog that lives downstairs that barks when people come home, but otherwise quiet. Would recommend the owners purchase a coffee table for the living room, and provide placemats and dishtowels. The townhome is charming, and right across the street from a large beautiful park. Would stay again when we n town.
