amazing place, couldn't ask for a better location, host and facilities

We booked three nights at the Pool House and it was amazing. We were greeted by Clare upon arrival and she gave us a lovely tour of the accommodation. The accommodation has a lovely kitchen and a beautiful area to relax upstairs. The bedroom is spacious with amazing views of the village. Finally the pool area was great to relax around during the day. The accommodation is roughly a 10 min drive to Sidmouth and 20 min to Beer and other beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend the Pool House and we can't wait to visit again!

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in a lovely scenic country setting, but being only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great indoor pool and a lovely garden. Property a lovely mix of old world country cottage, but with all the mod cons needed for everyday life. Everyone loved the holiday, from young to old and enjoyed watching tv together with a real fire on chilly evenings. Loved Uplyme and Lyme Regis.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. See you again soon!!

Organised a stag do here for 13 of us, everyone loved it. The House was great, had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to leave the site for activities. We were lucky with the weather so basically stayed by the pool and jacuzzi all weekend and enjoyed the great views the property had to offer. Paul was a great host who was very helpful and was there to answer any questions straight away. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We’ve just returned from an amazing bank holiday weekend at Louise’s property, celebrating a joint 40th birthday with friends, and it couldn’t have been better. The weather was fantastic, so we spent most of our time enjoying the sunny garden and the pool, which was a huge hit with both kids and big kids! The pool was much larger than we expected and it was always the perfect temperature. We made great use of the BBQ and fire pit area, which was especially lovely at sunset. The house itself is beautiful. All the bedrooms are a great size and with stunning views, and the kitchen that had everything we needed and more. One afternoon, we walked across a couple of fields to The Blacksmith Arms pub, about 15 minutes away, and had a lush lunch. During the days, we watched birds in the garden, and at dusk, we were treated to the sight of bats swooping overhead. The kids also had a great time visiting the chickens. Thank you so much, Louise. We had a great time :-)

What a lovely place to stay, we’ve stayed at few beach front places on Airbnb and this one is certainly up there with our favourites. Such a lovely interior, nice touches everywhere. Really comfortable beds. Very peaceful and calm and stunning views from the garden to chill. The location to the beach within a few minutes walk is just superb. Andy and Rachel were just lovely throughout. We can’t wait to book again. And a welcome basket was a nice surprise.

Loved this place. Everything extremely clean and plenty of kitchen utensils etc. The small patio garden was very nice and a great suntrap. Walkable into the town for restaurants and pubs (10 mins at the most). Thank you for making available such a nice place. Will definitely book again when we visit Poole nexy next.

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

we loved our stay in Julie's cottage. it's a very comfortable and warm cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing stay in the heart of Wareham. The cottage is tucked away in a very peaceful and pretty street, but just a couple of minutes' walk from the Quay, shops and restaurants. The Italian Kitchen is particularly good. We were charmed by Wareham and this welcoming cottage. We'll be back!

Lovely homely place, a lot cosier than it looked in photos. We loved it and all the extras,cream tea, coffee,teas, cereal, bread, bacon and eggs . Wow Bathroom also had a lot of extras too. Few minutes from town and beach and shops and the parking is so useful. Thank you Tess x

A lovely, relaxing couple of nights stay. The Coach House has all you need, is warm and cosy and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the duvets really warm and cosy. The garden is very private and a lovely feature, and for anyone staying in warmer weather has everything you need to spend plenty of time outdoors. If you're looking to keep your steps up, try a walk round the lakes, lots of bird life, very interesting. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to but is very ambiant and well thought out. The kitchen has plenty of space so you can cook and chat. It would have been good if the oven had worked but we were told about this beforehand and provided with an airfryer so could work around this quite easily. The host was always quick to respond, kept in touch and made our stay very easy. I would recommend The Coach House for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. All the quirky little touches make The Coach House quite unique and we would definately return.

Our stay at Little Winters was wonderful; we walked straight in and felt right at home. Our hosts had done everything in such a way to make us feel comfortable and the space was totally perfect for our family. The garden was so peaceful and overlooking the valley before us it was abundant with wildlife, such a joy. Having chicken and sheep next to the garden also added to the whole feeling of the place, homely, welcoming, warm. Just like home! Thanks for having us, we would recommend Little Winters for sure!

We loved our stay here, perfect for a break away from city life! Big shout out to Alex and Rob for being great hosts, they were friendly, responsive and helped us with any difficulties we had. I loved that they had a chimnea, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of a fire pit and the night sky. There is a river behind the house, which we loved exploring the area of. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway, around nature.

This house was exactly what we wanted and needed. Plenty of room for 10 adults, a lovely back garden to enjoy. The whole place was clean and tidy. The hot tub was clean and private. The area was perfect for Bournemouth town centre, a 10 min taxi journey. Easy to check in, plenty of parking, local shops including Tesco within 3 minute walk. I am already thinking about coming back with my family.

Had a lovely stay, the home is beautiful! Very futuristic and has everything you need! Angus and Maria were extremely helpful and kind, even gave local recommendations!

We were in Dorset for a large extended family get-together in a nearby village. Our own family group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children between 4 and 7 yrs old. The house is very light, bright and spacious and everyone could find space to escape the others when required! The kitchen was very well equipped. We had beautiful weather and were able to choose from several outdoor sitting areas - you can follow the sun around. There was plenty of room for parking. The children loved playing out in the extensive garden. The area generally is beautiful - very quiet at night. If you are looking for somewhere for a relaxing family holiday, I would recommend.

I’ve just returned from a stay here with my family, and we had a wonderful time. There were 12 of us including 3 kids aged 7yrs and under, and 2 dogs! So I was glad there was plenty of space. The house is beautiful and set in quiet surroundings. The games kept the kids entertained and they loved the Moors Valley country Park that was only 5 mins drive away. I would definitely recommend. The house is even nicer than in the photos.

Its a so cosy and convenient house, we family all love it, Gary is so nice and kind who gave us very helpful guidance during our stay.

We friends and family of 11 stayed at Katie's place for the long weekend. The place always absolutely wonderful and we all loved it very much.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was immaculate, super clean and absolutely loved the decor 👌🏼 The house had everything we could of possibly needed and more. It was so child friendly and had everything we needed for the kids so we didn’t need to bring it with us which was amazing. Barney was great at keeping in touch and all the info provided was so helpful. Even little details like charging cables etc all already at the house and Netflix etc signed I’m ready to use was so thoughtful. We would definitely recommend and would love to return for another visit.

We have just returned from the most fabulous holiday at Silverlake. Thank you Zoe for being a fantastic host, your responses were helpful and timely and made booking really easy. Silverlake is an exceptional property in a a beautiful setting. The house has absolutely everything you need - we were a party ranging of 7, from 18 to 53 years and all had the most amazing time, both within the wonderful house and taking part in canoeing, swimming, walking and cycling in the holiday village. The house really has the ‘wow’ factor and there is so much space for everyone to relax. We cannot think of any ways to improve this beautiful home in a wonderful setting. We truly loved it and would love to return.
