Located across from Samuel Boardman State Park, 12 miles of protected shoreline, this 2 bed, 2 bath is a perfect getaway, equipped with a cozy gas-fired stove and claw-foot tub with extra space for sleeping in the yurt. Situated where evergreens meet ocean, this area is perfect for adventures and relaxation. It is a short drive to beautiful beaches, breathtaking lookouts, redwood hikes and river activities.

Enjoy the sights of the river by taking a morning paddle on the provided kayaks or stroll on foot at low tide at the foot of the Chetco.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.
