Second stay at this Danbury cabin for our family spring break, our family wants to make it a tradition : ) Great relaxing get away!

This Condo at Tagalong Golf Resort was the perfect place to stay. It was exactly as described, pictured and had everything we needed. A beautiful, picturesque view of the lake from the balcony. Just minutes away from multiple local eateries and a grocery store. Rachel was a Super Host, easy to communicate with and quick response time. The North Woods is very peaceful and offers beautiful scenic vistas, trees that reach for the sky and wildlife abounds. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family at Christmas time. It felt so magical , cozy & quiet. The host was very responsive , the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect, pet-friendly, weekend getaway! Admittedly, the fenced-in backyard and pool was the draw for us. But the house is absolutely beautiful, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Rob was very responsive prior to our visit. And made the home inviting, with lights on and music-playing when we arrived. Private, peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you, Rob! Look forward to a return visit.

Our group was celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend, and we could not have picked a better place or host. The place was perfect for our group and Linda has thought of everything. Steven’s house was great for a weekend away. So peaceful. Enjoyed the local atmosphere and scenic views.

We stayed at the pool house for a bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Being in early April we wanted to find a unique air bnb with something to do for 12 guys and we all had a blast swimming and throwing the football around. There are a lot of amenities, floatees, board game, tennis court with rackets etc. and the host was very thoughtful in setting this up. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to any group getaway!

Heidi’s property was just what we needed for adults and kids to enjoy for a week. Relaxed atmosphere and all around a great place for a break away to swim in the pool, rent a pontoon, rent ATVs (trails right off property), fun food places near by, and beautiful scenery of lake and woods!

We loved our stay! We were a little closer to the neighbors than expected but we never even saw them. The stairs are very narrow but the description says that so we can't complain! We loved the provided tea assortment! Would book again!

My partner and I were visiting Eau Claire for the Eau Claire Marathon/Half Marathon. Jonathon's property is a perfect location for any future runners looking to participate in this event from out of town. It's a walkable distance from the race start/finish (no need to fuss with parking and road closures!) and both the full and the half go by the property so your family/support squat have an easy built-in location to cheer you on. There are a few steps to enter the front and back door, but there are handrails (good to know if your legs are sore the next day!), but otherwise the living space is all on one level. Bonus features about the property: the fenced-in back yard was GREAT for our dog and the bed is extremely comfortable!

We had such a lovely time @ the Luxe Chalet! It was the perfect getaway for our annual retreat. The beds were all so comfy and we all slept great. We appreciated all of the little touches and how well stocked the kitchen was. The decor was beautiful and we just kept saying how you can really tell when a woman is in charge! Heidi thought of everything we might need. The hot-tub was awesome as well. We will be back, that’s for sure!

Another great stay at Kevin's place. Kevin was very accommodating, responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again next year when we are in the area.

Rachel was so great to work with and always super responsive with questions prior to arrival! The house is adorable and super clean! Has everything you need. Very peaceful and beautiful setting.

Just beautiful and cozy. Felt right at home and comfortable in this gorgeous house. Was bigger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to make a meal. Beds were really comfortable. My kids loved the bunk and arcade games. Would love to come backs in the summer.

Very nice house with easy access to many local restaurants and activities. Locales close to downtown for easy access to downtown events. The house is as described except the 3rd bedroom is technically in open area adjacent to the livingroom and not a seperate bedroom.

Mallory’s place was a wonderful retreat for our family of four over a long weekend. The grounds are beautiful - we took lots of walks, did some fishing, and enjoyed the trampoline. Being able to bring our dogs along huge plus. Having complimentary coffee and a few adult beverages was a nice addition.

I stayed at Caroline's farm for 2 weeks in April 2025. It was an ideal location for me--remote, but not too remote. I was able to work remotely for my job while I was there. The house itself is plenty big, and the outside space made it even more enjoyable--there's a very spacious back yard with a fire pit, barbecue, patio, etc. And wild turkeys and deer walking through daily! I was lucky enough that Caroline's horse and donkey were in the field near the house and was able to make daily visits to bring them carrots (very much the farm experience!). The house was equipped with everything I needed to truly "live" there. Afton State Park is really close by for hiking/outdoors activities, and I made a couple trips up to Stillwater which as a great history and restaurants/bar scene. And, of course...in Afton itself is Selma's Ice Cream parlour, definitely worth a visit or two. I really enjoyed my time here--I was by myself, but with a family or larger group, this place is ideal.

Staying here was a great experience. It had all the essentials and was close enough to bars and restaurants. 100% definitely would book again. Thanks, Wes!

Always a great place to stay.

Our stay was fantastic, the photos don't do the space justice though. The spaces are very open, clean, and not cluttered. Everything was in working order. The bathroom had amazing water pressure and there were tons of towels in the house. I think every bedroom had their own stack available plus those that were in the bathroom. I'm sensitive to scents and there were no air fresheners and the sheets were only lightly scented. For accessibility, there are stairs leading up to the porch without a ramp but the entire first floor was accessible with no steps or lips on the doors. The bathroom doesn't have grab bars. The kitchen has all the basics. If you come with a larger group (there were just 2 of us) maybe bring some additional cutlery along with you. Some basics have been left by past stayers so I'm not sure if it's normally kept stocked with things like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. The only issue we had was the power went out but Amanda kept us updated. She's great!

Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend the cheesy potatoes at The Salty Steer & a visit to Tommy Too High's for a wine tasting to remember (hopefully😉🍷)

such a amazing and beautiful place, the lake is quite and the sunsets are stunning from inside the house or sitting by the fire. This is the second time we have stayed and will definitely be visiting again! Bonus for us that we were able to see the Northern Lights out second night there and it was absolutely breathtaking!!!

This is our 3rd year staying here and continue to love it! It always has so many toiletries and amenities that is so appreciated. The hosts are always very responsive and flexible with an added check in day last minute. Thank you so much for the beautiful home that we are so fortunate to stay in for opening deer season and hope to continue every year😊
