Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

Well appointed, warm and comfortable home with a fabulous heated sunroom. The whole family loved the stay…the 5 of us were able to find quiet spaces for homework and time out. A nice distance from Bath but close enough to spend the day there and return. Warm and responsive host with thoughtful tips. Thanks for the stay.

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. We were lucky enough to have a weeks stay at Dannis beautiful home over Christmas and everything was just perfect! The cottage is so beautifully designed and has everything you need along with the most idilic and peaceful views. It was the perfect break! Danni was a fab host and very quick to respond to any messages. Couldn't recommend this wonderful home anymore and thank you so much for having us & the dogs stay!

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. Amazing easter bank holiday break stay, lovely big space for family to spend together both indoors and outdoor. Property was well presented, clean and tidy offers everything you would need for a self catered break. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the bath area (10 minutes to park and ride) Debra recommended a local pub for dinner which was lovely.

A really comfortable stay - we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The Coach house was cosy and well equipped, a lovely space to relax in. The house had the added benefit of being very accessible to Bath and Bristol by public transport. Jackie and Paul were fantastic hosts - friendly and welcoming. Great apartment! Very easy to find and clear check in and check out details. It is a huge apartment so as a group you have loads of space. Our stay was great thanks to Charlotte! It was slightly noisy at some points in the night but it may have been because it was a bank holiday weekend. Didn’t bother us and was expected due to such a central location.

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful appartment. Extremely well decorated and within 5 minutes walk of central Bath, restaurants. pubs and a Waitrose/Tescos. John e mailed all information needed for check in and answered all our questions. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and only a 10 min stroll into bath with coffee shops on the way. I like the bed and actually and a really good sleep which is not always the case. Lovely area outside the bedroom to sit in and read or just relax. Very nice host and would highly recommend.

Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place! great location and perfect for business travel. Connor and Tom were great to deal with and always responsive and helpful. We have even booked some of their other accommodation for another stay.

We had the most beautiful stay at the retreat in Tetbury- a wonderful apartment with all the essentials for our baby and pet dog. It was so relaxing, the facilities were fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the use of the garden with the bbq and scenic outside area. We were thrilled with how close we were to shops and Cirencenster. We would definite stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. It was clean but charming and the beds were very comfy! Melanie was extremely helpful with recommendations for places to eat and the places she suggested were fantastic . I highly recommend it

I stayed here whilst attending a conference at Celtic Manor. It was an ideal location with the added benefit of free parking. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything that I needed for a four night stay.

We had a great stay at David's place, the whole apartment was so clean & tidy. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need & the beds were very comfy. Cookies, milk & wine in the fridge were much appreciated - Thanks. There is a lovely decked area outside that has the sun all day, with furniture & parasol. Great if you have children as there is a park just through the garden gate. The location was great although there is a bit of a steep hill so we walked down to the seafront & got a taxi back. Great communication from David & I would highly recommend this apartment - we loved it

Well located, large 3 bed apartment. It was great for the 5 of us. 3 large bedrooms and large living area suited us. No outside space to speak of and it’s worth noting that there is a steep staircase to reach the front door. A little soulless but nice bedding and appliances. If you drink wine, bring your own glasses as the ones in the apartment were poor. It could definitely do with a freshen up, not overall it was fun. Recommended
