Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Contemporary Barn near Wells, Bath and Bristol

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Lydes Farm is a stunning six-bedroom farmhouse with a private hot tub, set within six acres of countryside between Bristol and Bath. Enjoy long walks through the woodland, take in views of Chew Valley Lake, or simply relax on the sun terrace and breathe in the country air while children play in the beautiful gardens. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a breath-taking entrance and a sweeping 200-yard driveway, lined with overhanging hornbeam and lime trees, leading to the front of the property.

Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Our smallholding is home to friendly alpacas, donkeys, sheep, and chickens. We’re always happy to share local tips on places to visit, walk, eat, and explore to help make your stay memorable.

This hand built cedar log cabin is a cosy, comfortable and luxurious stay for up to 4 people. Situated in the Mendips, the views are outstanding. Nestled in a peaceful valley and overlooking surrounding farmland, it truly is a very special and relaxing place to stay. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs (dogs stay FREE). EV charging point. Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).
