A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

Set on two levels and fully air-conditioned, it features a bright living area with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor, accessible via internal staircase, offers two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, a garden patio with barbecue, a spacious terrace for evenings under the stars, and a shared pool with hydromassage area.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
