THE BARN at Brookfield Farm, Walberton

The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests plus baby. The Barn is a large period conversion set on the edge of our family farm near Walberton. It is ideal for families or friends sharing. Sorry-- No Parties, Hen/Stag Parties. Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 2 small/medium dogs. There is a footpath close by. Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, shopping ,walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Originally the old potting shed, the Bothy sits alongside our Grade II listed walled garden. Quietly situated on the side of Blackdown in the South Downs National Park, 2 miles from Haslemere and convenient for visiting Chichester and Goodwood, The Barn is a well-appointed guest suite which offers comfortable accommodation for two. Convenient for exploring the local area, with immediate access to numerous public footpaths including the Sussex Border Path and Blackdown Hill. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

The cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex rural village. Easy access to Midhurst and within walking distance to The Blue Bell Inn. An array of alternative pubs can be found within an easy drive, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by the wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!
