Unwind in the outdoor two-person cedar sauna, relax in a cedar wood burning hot tub that also doubles as a cold plunge, cook on a Pyro Tower grill and pizza oven combo (Pizza dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperonis included), enjoy the tranquil natural stone water feature, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, pollinator garden attracting butterflies/hummingbirds. This modernized cabin not only has a view overlooking The James River, it sits on almost 50 private wooded acres with a third of a mile stretch along The James River shore. This property offers complete privacy and river access. Relax in the hot tub with a view of The James, picnic on the creek rocks with water flowing around you, and hike the 47.5 acres of woods to spot the wildlife. Less than 20 minutes from numerous places to visit, this cabin is a one of a kind gem and the perfect getaway.

This large log cabin originally built in 1908 is our largest cabin on the property. There is a wrap around porch, fully stocked kitchen with working antique icebox, two living rooms, one full bedroom, bunk room with three double beds and three twin beds and two full bathrooms. Guests staying in this cabin have beautiful views of our surrounding ponds, 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. There is also a glass greenhouse with large table that comes with this cabin.

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, huge great room and a game room in the basement. You have access to the beach area with boat access at the common area! Bring your fishing gear and water toys and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. The golf cart is available to be rented on a daily rate upon request!
