Jeff and Lori were gracious and helpful and their place was perfect for what I needed which was to have a clean, quite, economical, and comfortable place to rest after some long days motorcycling all around on the outstanding backroads in the area. I'm already looking forward to staying there again if they'll have me.

I’ve stayed at a couple AirBnBs before and by far this has been my favorite one. Great space, great host! The host checks up on you to make sure you’re doing well and having a great stay. The neighbors are so sweet. I personally thought it was cool seeing and hearing the trains come by every so often! The place is very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend! And make sure you let the host know if you have kids as well so he can provide baby gates for you for the stairs! Can’t wait to come back to this place. Thank you Joseph!

We really enjoyed the beautiful farm atmosphere. Hopefully we will have more time to explore the surroundings and will b a lil warmer next time. Great family place. Plenty of animals to check out. Proximity to Walker Co Civic Center was a plus!

We ended up staying in the upper cottage, and it was fabulous! The large windows let in beautiful natural light with gorgeous views. The vaulted ceilings made everything feel really airy and spacious. Carla and co-host Kelly responded well to messaging, and were so generous with a late checkout. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in! I look forward to going back!

Very nice and peaceful! Loved the hanging swings. Loved that it had some kids toys!

Lauren’s and Nate’s place was just perfect for us. We needed a comfortable and convenient place to stay while our home was being renovated and this home checked all the boxes. Being exceptionally clean and bright, there were plenty of towels and a super nice bathroom as well as a laundry room which was essential for us because of our extended time there. As construction goes, our completion date has come and gone but we at least have a wonderful place to stay until we can move back home. So if you are looking for a great place to stay on Signal Mountain, whether seeing the sights, visiting family or looking for a relaxing getaway, be sure to check out the Guesthouse! We give it 5 stars!

We decided to rent this place to spend time with our family. We are from out of town. We all really enjoyed it. Our grands kids loved the place. They said it was like having a rec room in your house. They had a blast. Thanks for having us.

Great place to stay, we keep coming back. Our kids love to romp around the rocks, and walk down to the creek.

Absolutely PERFECT stay. We loved everything. Isabella and John’s guesthouse has EVERYTHING you need and more. We were greeted by Isabella upon arrival and were left feeling right at home. The location was perfect. A few minutes drive had us in downtown Blue Ridge but the location of this guesthouse left us feeling as though we were secluded in the mountains. Gorgeous surroundings. Welcoming and cozy home. Absolute perfection and Isabella was nothing short of above and beyond accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Tammy and Mark had a beautiful place! It was spotless and smelt amazing when we walked in. It was close to town and they provided a list of local recommendations. They were very responsive and accommodating (had a last minute change to the reservation and they responded quickly). Overall, it was a great little trip and we will definitely be coming back!

The most precious cottage. Would for sure return here and told all our friends about it too! The cottage is so homey and comfy. They have truly thought of every little touch. Fresh baked scones and farm fresh eggs upon arrival. Every bit of it was prefect. The master bed was really comfy and loved the view of the birds from the birdfeeder outside the window in the master room and then the goats grazing by the pond in the other. The couch was comfy and we were able to connect to our Netflix for movie night. Cannot say enough wonderful things and hope to stay again next time we are in the area!

Would definitely stay again! Looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The host was also very good at responding quickly.

Donna and Wayne’s BnB was perfect for our weekend away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The guesthouse was well stocked with the necessities, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. Perfect for some much needed rest and relaxation. Can’t recommend enough, 10/10 experience!

Checked in during a tornado warning so the easy check in was very important at the time. exactly as described, would defiantly book again.

I booked Alan’s place for our son who was visiting the area. The place was perfect for him—comfortable and had everything he needed. Alan provides very helpful and detailed information his home including directions and parking. But it’s Alan’s kindness and care for his guests that really stands out. Our son arrived late at night (which was not a problem for the hosts) and awoke to six inches of snow from a major winter storm. Alan checked in to be sure all was well and provided chili and other food and drink to make sure our son was well fed as food delivery was not an option given the storm. Alan not only hosts a delightful home to stay in, he is also incredibly kind and gracious. We highly recommend booking with Alan!

Everything was great! We had a perfect get away to Chattanooga - Hiryana and Daniel's place had all essentials so it made our packing list shorter.
