If you are looking for home away from home book Shelly’s place you wouldn’t be disappointed it looks exactly like the photos sparkling clean easy to get to 7min from the airport but I recommend having a car my husband and I felt so peaceful and safe here, the house is fully equipped with everything from towels to pots she had it.The community has a gas station and shopping complex what more can you ask for can’t wait for my next trip definitely will book again thank you Shelly

We stayed here after reading reviews about bugs and crabs and it being dirty. honestly was a little worried. We got there and realized it was because this is an open air home for the living spaces. We kept all food closed and away. The birds will just fly in and out and steal bread and fruit so I wouldn't leave the doors open if you are not paying attention. Ok now to the house, nothing short of amazing. The views and hearing the waves at all times was great. We traveled with a toddler and she slept with no issues. There are multiple refrigerators so groceries shopping and storing food was no issue. The location was quite and surrounded by very nice properties and people. There are a few walking distance places to eat and such, but if heading into Oistins its easier to drive. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future.

We had a great stay with our two kids! The house is spacious and well located near supermarkets, a range of restaurants and cafes and also Rockley Beach. We hired a car and recommend asking for Becky’s details if you’re considering it - great friendly car hire at reasonable prices. Only things to be aware of are fact that rooms are quite bright in the mornings (no curtains or very effective blinds) and there is a fair bit of animal noise from local dogs and chickens! But we got used to that after the first couple of days and enjoyed the local neighbourhood atmosphere. Our kids loved seeing the chickens around and the mango and coconut trees opposite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Paolo was extremely helpful and friendly with great recommendations. The house is on a cute gated street across the street from a great surfing spot. Walking distance to Miami Beach which is a pleasant beach with a ton of shade trees. Oistins local fishing village is close enough to walk. For more lively area a quick jaunt to Rockley beach by car. For us a quiet walk to the surf and beach was ideal. Paolo must be one of the friendliest hosts we’ve had! The house was spacious and serene. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Can’t wait to return!

Natalia's home was perfect for our trip to Barbados. We came with the intention to explore the island and her home was spot on. Pros: - Communication with Natalia and her local team (Stacey and Natasha) was excellent throughout - home was clean upon arrival - Bedrooms: all beds were comfortable, individual split unit AC in each room, plenty of closet space in each. Master has an ensuite - Private plunge pool and the outdoor space was wonderful - private parking for 2 cars Cons: - some kitchen items showed signs of wear/usage This home is great for travelers looking to be away from hotel/resort crowds who want to get out and do their own thing. It is a 15-20min drive from the airport, 8min drive from Oistins, 3min drive from Freights Bay (surfing), 5 min drive from Silver Sands Beach (kite & wind surfing), 5min drive from Miami Beach (relax & swim), 15min drive from the Gap. You will receive a list of local restaurants, sights and activities upon check-in which is helpful.

My family stay at Dwayne's place was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. What truly made this experience exceptional was Dwayne. He was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with a truly accommodating host!

We had a great stay at Anna's place! It was a short walk (1.5kms) from Oistins / Miami beach so that's where we went to swim in the ocean and get food (tons of food vendors). Anna's place was exactly as in the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Good AC in the bedrooms. Super clean. TV has netflix and prime. Fast internet. Also the pool was amazing. Not sure why but we waited till the last day to get in which was dumb. It is an awesome pool, big, deep at the deep end, very clean and well maintained. No complains, we would be happy to stay here again.

Krisanne and Isabel were very kind. Very responsive. Loved the pool in the back, good air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay. The value for money is excellent. Everything was just as described. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to any inquiries. One day, we had an issue with the lock and couldn't get into our room. We messaged the host, and within minutes, the problem was resolved.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in April 2025! This place is truly a gem, featuring a beautiful pool and a private, cozy jetty beach. You can lay down on your bed and watch and smell the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling open (if you wish) window. It had everything we could possibly need — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. One standout detail (especially for travelers who love to stay organized): there was plenty of storage space for clothes and an enormous number of hangers — truly a dream for any woman on vacation! The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the island, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere (but if yiu do they have free parking spot, bus and taxis just next to the place); you can just walk and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Honestly, it’s hard to believe a place like this exists! We are so grateful for this experience!

This Airbnb was definitely a 10/10. Anique was an amazing host. Check in was straight forward and simple. Clean, spacious, and peaceful apartment !! You can tell they put time and effort into decorating the place. Beautiful interior! Anique always responded in a timely manner and was extremely helpful and welcoming. She provided clear instructions and recommendations prior to arrival as well as checking out. Very thorough and on point. We had a fantastic stay Ann’s place just a short bus ride to Oistins property had everything we needed lovely out side patio with table chairs sun beds and pool i think it’s in need of some TLC would definitely stay here again

Lana and Gerry go above and beyond for their guests!! They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, provided us with dinner from Gerry's restaraunt the night we got in, and Lana had a car we could rent from her! Wow wow WOW!! I have rented many airbnbs and this was by far the best experience ive EVER had!! Lana gave us so many local recommendations too!! Hospitality 1000/10!! The unit is upstairs of Lanas home, but as others said, we also never saw her or her family during our stay! Dont let the shared entry keep you from staying here! Green Door Oasis is 100% worth it! This was our first time to Barbados, and because of Lana we had such a great time and were able to make the most of it! I for one, will definitely be back! Lana and Gerrys home is a 15 minute drive from St. Lawrence Gap, and our favorite, Rockleys Beach! Its super easy to navigate too, yet peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle! If travelling to Barbados, stay here! You wont regret it!🙌🏼

Spacious apartment, great location short walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The apartment has new stove and refrigerator, the washing machine works but it’s old. TV and wifi all great. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels and sheets. The bathrooms need some updating. The apartment is quite airy but in addition the fans and AC make it very comfortable. The neighbours are very friendly. We are definitely hoping to stay here again when we return to Barbados.

I was very fortunate to find Sophie's place and highly recommend it. Spacious and airy, with an outdoor private area, it is perfectly located. Walking distance to a selection of beaches, shops, eating places. Various public transport options very close. The property is charming. I loved the leafy location, near tourist attractions but away from the noise and traffic when you want to unwind in a more typical Barbados residential area. Very reasonable price for the location and all the amenities, including aircon. Sophie is very friendly and welcoming, and eager to ensure you have everything needed for a comfortable stay, plus lots of sightseeing and eating recommendations.

wonderful place in a quiet area near some of the most well known surf-spots on the south coast and the silver sands beach in barbados. situated on the coastline, you can hear the waves of the sea day and night. Jaqueline was very uncomplicated and helpful in every way. highly recommended.

This was the ideal location for my stay as I wanted to surf at Freights Bay which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The beaches in the area are absolutely stunning and Oistins isn't far with plenty of food options and their Friday night party. The apartment had everything I needed for a monthly long stay and was lovely and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful, and they even brought in extra fans so I could keep cool whilst I worked during the day and helped me to arrange a car rental. It was such an enjoyable stay I am keen to return next year, so I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone wanting to explore Barbados.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Robert's place. The home was comfortable and had what we needed and the amenities were as described. The children loved the garden with all the fruit trees and open space. We could easily wash and hang our clothes under the extended roof so we had no laundry to do when returning home! We had a hired car but it would have been easy to walk to the local supermarket and other shops/restaurants at six roads. The neighbourhood was safe and friendly, our children made some new friends in the nearby park. The solar powered house was also great and environmentally friendly. Robert was extremely responsive and proactive in helping us with check in, late check out, local recommendations and any issues we had. When the freezer was not freezing as it should, he organised for a brand new fridge freezer to be delivered the very next day! Overall, we had a really fantastic time for an excellent price for 3 weeks. We will definitely be booking again!
