There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

Facilities include a fridge, microwave hob, barbeque and cosy log burner. A fully fitted shower room and a choice of double bed settee or bunks. There are riding schools and hacking centres close by. Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.
