Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. One cozy bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed and streaming TVs. There is also a comfy twin size air mattress if needed! Hospital is 10 minute away for work or visiting trips. ISU is just down the road. Ross Park Zoo, Parks, and Swimming Complex are a walk away. Close to many locally owned Restaurants. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun. Nostalgic train sounds most guests say is background noise.
