Our condo is yours to enjoy w/ amenities such as private balcony, fireplace, parking spot, electric scooters, smart TVs, and washer/dryer avail. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, parks, and bars nearby. 15 min to downtown San Diego, beaches, and the airport, and 5 min to Balboa Park We unfortunately cannot accept animals for any reason due to severe allergies.

Our home is located within minutes of San Diego's best visitor attractions. Right from our balcony, you can see SeaWorld, Point Loma, the Harbor and so much more. A 10 minute walk and you are in historic Old Town with some of the best Mexican restaurants in town. Or pull your car out of the garage and take a quick ride to Gaslamp, Mission beach, Pacific beach, La Jolla, Hillcrest and the list goes on. In December 2020 we installed NEW CENTRAL A/C SYSTEM so our guests always stay comfortable.

our Boutique Casita features beautiful ample gardens, huge trees and 3 outdoor seating areas, the house has a country feeling to it however, decor of the Casita is all modern and fresh, the kitchen houses a stove and refrigerator, the Casita can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in the main Queen bed and 2 in the kitchen area in the Daybed which has one top one bottom mattress as viewed in the pictures, access from street is flat no steps access all the way into the house , the patio has indoor parking.
