It includes a well equipped kitchen and bathroom & shower, and living and dining space for four. The bedroom includes a king bed and the living room has a comfortable queen hide a bed. Welcome to your tranquil cottage on the Deschutes River! This peaceful hideaway is perfect for rest and relaxation, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. The expansive property includes a fire pit, hammock, trampoline, and rafts for floating on the river. Wake up to the sounds of goats, enjoy the fresh eggs, goats milk provided to each guest, and sip your coffee on your private patio under the wisteria. Admire the art from local artists in and around the cottage (all available for purchase)

Bee Haven Bus at the RMR

Come visit the RMR and enjoy the skoolie we call the Bee Haven Bus. Enjoy the sounds of the farm while enjoying a warm campfire. You will have a direct view of the forest, Emus, goats and poultry. When you’re ready to retire for the night step inside the fully equipped bus. There is a sink, 2 burner propane stove top, toaster oven, small fridge, rustic tub with shower, instant hot water heater, queen bed, original bus seat with fold down work desk for a laptop and hammock swing chair.

Batwater Station Tiny Cabin on the Columbia River

Experience an otters view of the Columbia river at the cabin which is remote from the other buildings. It includes heat, good internet, several streaming TV channels and trundle bed that makes into king size bed with cabinets and cold water sink. Your retreat includes gazebo with propane barbecue, fire pit and outhouse. Bedding, cookware, dishes, oil, coffee, tea, coffee pot, etc. are provided as well. Access to pier house includes heated shower and bathroom along with full kitchen.

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)
