Alquiler de apartamentos para vacaciones en complejos residenciales en Città Studi, Milán

Siamo due ragazzi venuti a Milano per un week end di svago. In primis volevamo ringraziare Patrizia per l’ospitalità, anche se non presente personalmente, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per effettuare il check in in modo chiaro e dettagliato, inoltre é super reperibile. L’alloggio si trova in una zona centrale, ben accessibile con i mezzi pubblici, raggiungere il centro a piedi però é abbastanza lungo. All’interno la casa si presenta ben curata e dotata di tutti gli accessori utili per un soggiorno in pieno relax. L’unico difetto é la mancanza dell’ ascensore nel palazzo, considerando che la casa si trova all’ultimo piano, bisogna fare parecchie scale, ma se si é giovani lo si fa volentieri😄. Consigliamo vivamente questo tipo di struttura!

We had a very pleasant stay at Andrea’s. Andrea has been very friendly and responsive, and the flat itself is great! The best thing about this flat is location. It’s very local and quiet, not the noisy touristy area. And it’s very well connected to all the main spots. The restaurants around are also amazing. Can’t name a better location.

Stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and did not disappoint. Great location from buses and trams for transport. In addition about 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station (Portello or Domodossola FN) and 5 minutes walk to Lidl. The host Davide I couldn’t fault, answered all my questions and was very helpful and fast to respond. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Milan. We shall be back soon!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Alles lief absolut reibungslos - von der Ankunft bis zum Check - out. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass wir sogar bis 15 Uhr auschecken durften, was uns dir Abreise wirklich erleichtert hat. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Auch die Lage war super: Mit der U Bahn war der Dom schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Estancia muy acogedora en una zona céntrica y bien comunicada. Propietaria súper atenta y entregada. Totalmente recomendable.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo splendido appartamento che è utile alla discrezione e alle foto dell'annuncio, pulitissimo e impeccabile... siamo stati veramente molto molto bene e Anila è stata veramente impeccabile disponibile e pronta a dare consigli.. Ottimo

Wonderful stay in Milano! Our host went above and beyond to help us get settled and provided lots of advice about the area and specific activities for our interests. The flat is private, very clean a d an easy walk to many of Milan’s top attractions, including the duomo. The bedrooms have blackout shades, which helped us sleep and feel rested after our long travel. The kitchen is well stocked and our host filled the fridge with food and water as well as snacks, tea, coffee, etc. All the supplies we needed to cook were available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Bianca was so kind and helpful with check-in and also just making sure we had a good stay overall. The space was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Would recommend staying here!

The Airbnb was great, it was very clean had a lot of space and in a great location felt safe walking around at night. Close to the metro and walkable to a lot of places. The one nitpicky think I’ll say which is probably more on me is it was tough to figure out the lock on the door, it took me a while to figure out how to open the door but after you figure that out it really is a great Airbnb

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

El alojamiento aunque pequeño cumplía con todo lo necesario y era muy bonito y acogedor. Estaba a menos de 5 min del metro y a 15 min caminando del Duomo. Lalla nos permitió hacer el check in antes y eso nos ayudó demasiado, fue muy amable siempre y si alguna vez regresamos a Milan sin duda nos hospedaremos aquí.

Merci à Antonella pour son accueil, le logement était parfait. Conforme à la description, propre, calme et très bien situé.

Nous avons profité de l'appartement d'Edoardo le temps d'un long week-end. Il est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Navigli, quartier très vivant avec ses bars et ses restaurants. Il y a effectivement un peu de bruit le soir mais, en tant que citadin, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont mis à disposition pas Edoardo au cas où. Un parking payant (5€ de l'heure et 40€ la journée)et très "safe" permet de stationner son véhicule à proximité de l'appartement (3 minutes à pied). Le centre ville est accessible à pied ou en tram ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement d'Edoardo est très confortable, il correspond bien aux photos et un petit ascenseur permet d'accéder facilement au quatrième étage avec les bagages. Edoardo est un hôte très agréable et disponible. Je vous recommande sans hésiter son appartement pour votre séjour à Milan.

Carlo was absolutely amazing! The apartment was immaculate, centrally located, and secure. It is less than 10 minutes from the train station and roughly 15 minutes from the Duomo. Carlo was informative, professional , and gave great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect, right next to Parco Sempione, and a 30 minute leisurely walk to the Duomo. The apartment was also well serviced by public transport, both the trams and metro. Anto and Paolo were very considerate and attentive hosts. I would stay here again on my return to Milan.

Ottimo appartamento sia per chi vuole visitare la zona, che per chi ha necessità di andare a Milano concedendosi un po' di pace nei momenti off. l'host, Diego, è stato impeccabile sia nella preparazione dell'alloggio che nella disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. sicuramente, dovendoci andare spesso, saprò dove alloggiare le prossime volte

Marisa et Antonello sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. La communication avec eux a été très facile et surtout ils ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture de location. Encore un grand merci à vous. L'appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles sans problème. Très propre et rien ne manque. Résidence calme et stationnement sans problème dans la rue. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour visiter Milan et la région des lacs. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Andrea’s apartment is really clean, beautiful, spacious. Throughout the whole time he has been supportive, helping us with all the questions we had, even finding us local chauffeur services. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement de Sandro, parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de l’un des plus beaux quartiers de Milan, à deux pas de tout. L’appartement, baigné de lumière, est charmant et d’une propreté irréprochable. Les deux terrasses, la vue splendide et le jacuzzi sont de véritables coups de cœur qui rendent l’expérience encore plus spéciale. Le seul petit point à améliorer pour frôler la perfection serait une meilleure isolation phonique vis-à-vis des bruits de la rue. Mais cela ne nous empêchera absolument pas de revenir ! Pour notre prochain séjour à Milan, nous choisirons sans hésiter, une nouvelle fois, le logement de Sandro.

Ho avuta la fortuna di soggiornare assieme alla mia ragazza una notte in questo Airbnb. L'host, Lorenzo, è stato estremamente simpatico e disponibile, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande con cordialità. La facilità del check-in e del check-out digitale ha reso tutto molto semplice e veloce. L'appartamento era ben attrezzato, con una cucina efficiente che ci ha permesso di prepararci un pasto senza problemi. Il punto forte è stato sicuramente il jacuzzi: appena richiesto, Lorenzo ha alzato immediatamente la temperatura, permettendoci di goderci un momento di relax. La zona circostante era tranquilla e immersa nel verde, perfetta per una pausa dal caos della città. Inoltre, la vicinanza al centro di Monza e al Parco ha reso le nostre passeggiate molto piacevoli. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente!
