Clean, comfortable, cute little basement apartment that had everything we needed.

Melanie’s super cool apartment is so well curated with the essentials for a practical stay, super clean, great little kitchen but the real kicker is the sweet style. Five stars for a groovy touch! At first you think it’s going to be a little noisy but the traffic really drops off and I found the neighbors to be quiet, everything really seems to quiet down at about 8 PM. Thanks!

I’d highly recommend staying at Sheri’s. It was a perfect location. The house was exactly as described with easy instructions. Parking was safe and accessible. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Lovely place to stay near downtown Salt Lake. Alvin was very communicative, replying quickly to any messages. He also shared instructional videos on how to find the place and operate the equipment in the apartment. Everything was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

This unassuming building with a great apartment in it was the perfect refuge for our family of four after a day of travel. Private covered parking, round the corner from good donuts, walkable to the 9 Line and Liberty Park. Plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Thanks!

This place was really cute and felt like home. Kristin was super accommodating and friendly. She went out of her way to have the space ready for us when we had to book last minute. Would definitely recommend. :)

Clean and well-maintained with a responsive host

Ted's place was perfect for our stay in the SLC area. The hot tub was a short walk away, parking was plentiful and easy. Short distance to the freeway. It was cozy and comfortable for our group..

This Airbnb was perfect for my crew! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone to rest after work. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was seamless. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an awesome stay! The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and even the pull-out bed was a win — good enough for both of our archery competitors to get a great night's sleep before Nationals! The hot tub was amazing, the shower was great, and we can't forget the 80s arcade games — total nostalgia for me and such a fun experience for the kids to see how games were back in the day. The hosts were fantastic — communicated clearly and were super respectful of our space. Even though it’s technically in the basement, you would never know it — it feels like your own private apartment. It can get a little chilly, but honestly, that just made the hot tub even better! Quiet, clean, relaxing, and a perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the tournament. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

We very much enjoyed our time at Joseph’s place. The location is unbeatable with its close proximity to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we make our way back to the Cottonwoods.

Jennifer felt like a friend when communicating. The place is immaculate and just so beautiful set up in the mountain. we got a nice snow storm to see it in it's glory. The king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, bedding is AMAZING. I can't say enough about our stay but we thank you for everything!

We had a great time staying at Ronald's place. It's large and comfortably furnished, very clean, and has one of the best Airbnb kitchens I've ever seen. Ronald also provided us a pantry full of snacks plus water, juice, and milk in the fridge. We will gladly stay again when we return to SLC!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—our stay at Monica’s was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from ice packs to keep our ski lunches chilled to a generous selection of breakfast items that made mornings effortless. The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the theater room a great bonus, and the entire space was perfect for unwinding after a full day on the slopes. The kitchen was spacious and impressively stocked—it had everything we needed, from a garlic press to storage containers and quality cookware. Monica truly thought of everything! And the rides to Alta? Truly above and beyond. Monica and Danny’s hospitality made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Mandi’s place was clean and spacious. Making our own meals was made easier with all the provided dishes and appliances. All the linens were clean and there were plenty of extra towels and washcloths. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a tv in every room.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful, and the backyard play area kept the kids entertained for hours. We truly had a great time relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A special mention to Sparky, the adorable pet cat — the kids loved playing with her! Thank you for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We cant say enough about this place. Wonderful price and so comfortable! We have resisted staying in people’s basements and this time was the exception! It was so private. The hot tub was bliss. Tons of amenities to make the place more homey. Decorating was so cute. The beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Well stocked kitchen. Even had calgon under the bathroom sink if you wanted a bath and nail polish remover. Cute bag of treats. Tons of movies to stream. Beautiful view of mountains. We will definitely go there again!

Solid place. My brother and I stayed here for our ski trip to Alta (23 min away with no traffic). This place had everything we needed, especially a hot tub (water replaced right before we got there) and even some nice unexpected things like a leg massager. Things that we liked that I haven't already mentioned: plenty of space, tvs in each room, extra towels, great communication, washer/dryer, parking spot, pillow options for each bed, hair conditioner (lots of airbnbs just give you a 2-in-1), tons of outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Ashley’s Place was a wonderful experience! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the couch was cozy, and the restroom was spotless. I really appreciated how often Ashley and her co-host Benjamin checked in with me; it made me feel valued as a guest. The apartment complex also had some great amenities, and parking was a breeze. Ashley made it super easy to find the apartment and park, which I truly appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place. I would definitely book again!

We (two couples) very much enjoyed another ( third Year) ski vacation at Rose cottage. Nancy is an excellent host and is available but not intrusive. We took advantage of the well appointed kitchen during our stay, cooking several meals. The two spacious living rooms provide the opportunity for separate activities- watch TV in one -while others make use of the available board games or books in the other. If your not skiing or using the hot tub- Just a short walk down the hill is the Jorden River Parkway trail- several miles of paved path with terrific mountain views to enjoy. I Very much recommend staying here.

Very happy with our stay! We stayed 5 nights while in town for work and loved being able to make breakfast in the well stocked kitchen, hit the gym, have in-suite laundry available and be able to Uber to and from right in front of the condo. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, walking distance to Walmart, restaurants and Trader Joe's is nearby. Great central location! The code itself is spacious and comfortable. The bed has a memory foam mattress and the sheets are very soft! The entire condo was very clean. Overall great stay and would not hesitate to book again if we have the chance to visit SLC again!

We would love to stay here for every visit to SLC. We felt well taken care of and a great host, who went extra miles, above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Robert pro-actively facilitated to utilize a luggage space, as we were checking out and needed a place to put luggage for few hours. Thank you again!

This is a great getaway home. It’s right in the middle of downtown. All restaurants and activities are only 10 minutes driving and like 20 minutes on the scooters. It has a very beautiful scenery. The home was very homie made us feel right at home.
