Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

Chateau René is the perfect peaceful escape. The home cozy and well maintained - exactly as pictured. The view made every morning feel like a dream. René was so warm, responsive, and accommodating. He shared great local recommendations and clear instructions for the house, which made settling in a breeze. The most special part of my stay was getting engaged here! René secretly coordinated with my now-fiancé and friend to make it all happen. His excitement and willingness to help meant a lot to us. Overall, 10/10 stay. We’ll definitely be back!

A hidden gem! This spot has a ton of character and the hosts are awesome! The lake and surrounding area is beautiful as well, with plenty to do for the outdoorsy type and cute shops and great restaurants within minutes. would highly recommend and hope to find time for a return trip!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

You are immersed in a neighborhood here, with a friendly and professional host living next door. Lots of local eateries rather than chains, and good proximity to Atlantic Highlands, Sandy Hook and Sea Bright. Reminds me of my childhood summers at the Jersey Shore. The place is small but clean and well thought-out from the guest point of view.

A nuestra familia nos encantó, viaje con li esposa, mis dos hijos menores, mi suegra y cuñado y nos pareció espectacular, de ensueño su hogar. Los cuartos elevados en tan pequeño espacio nos pareció muy acogedor. La casa es igual a las fotografías y en la época que fuimos para pasar navidad se sentía muy cálida internamente y una vista inimaginable del lago. Hay muchos lugares cerca para hacer actividades de snowboarding y tubing en Mount Peter. Lo único que podría mejorar es el lavabo de la cocina que se detenía el agua sin razón alguna por lo que no pudimos lavar bien los trastes, pero del resto muy bonito incluida la chimenea.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was a perfect size for our family and our son had a great time playing in the yard and the playground right next door. Our hosts were super responsive the couple of times we needed something. We'll definitely be back!

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

Super special place. Very peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. If you love nature and a charming location, this is the place. The host was also extremely responsive and the cottage had everything I needed for a three month stay! Highly recommend!

it was a great place, felt amazing with great lake view and access. heating system works perfect very comfortable place. has everything you need, full kitchen full house, clean sheets bed clothes towels everything was perfect

I was traveling with my dog to visit my mom. There were other family members staying with her, so I thought it best to stay somewhere a little more peaceful where I could get some quiet time to myself as well. Richard's place was perfect. It had everything I needed for a short stay. It's in walking distance to the center of shops in Greenlawn and not a far drive to Huntington and other sights in the area. The owners and their dogs were super friendly, and I enjoyed meeting them. There's a big yard outside where my dog played with their dogs. On my second day the fire alarm battery was low and then started beeping constantly. I contacted Richard and he immediately took care of it. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Well thought out space. Quiet neighborhood. Has all the essentials needed for vacation. There is a chair in the bedroom that converts into a small single bed for a child. Nice backyard space.

We were looking for a weekend getaway from the hustle of work , and the River Loft was absolutely perfect! It was so peaceful, quiet and the perfect escape. The place is so well designed and functional. The windows and large doors truly allow you to feel immersed in nature. There were great places to take small walks and hikes and the sauna was such a treat! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect, easy checking, clean, confortable bed, kitchen had everything to cook our dinner.

Mark was an excellent host! The cottage was clean and spacious. Mark greeted us, gave us local recommendations and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. Great location—close to town, the Merritt Parkway and I-95. We will definitely stay here again!

we love Walkers place and do come here twice a year. it's a beautiful home, it's so zen, so pretty, so clean, we just absolutely love it. it's a great fabulous house and spot to stay. ♥️

Chrystal was super responsive to all our questions and needs, and gave us a warm welcome when we checked in on our first day. The lovely cottage was fully furnished and had everything our small family needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for walks. Getting to downtown NYC across the G.W. Bridge only took about 20-30 minutes, very convenient. We made wonderful memories during our 9-day stay!

Barbara's lovely home is well-appointed with a nice back deck and yard. It would be ideal for a couples get-away, especially in the warmer months. And you couldn't ask for a better host! She even brought in a recliner to help an elderly guest be comfortable. We had no complaints other than the furnace is a bit loud, but we wouldn't want to do without it in November.
