While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. Lyric's Pad in the heart of Maylands, suited for the young at heart or those wanting convenience with some style. Close to the Perth and airport lines train station a 3 min walk away, bus stop a minute away and car bay for drivers. Located in a lively laneway, Lyric’s bar and live underground music venue is ten metres away, a micro brewery & another bar are a minute walk. The Pad will not disappoint with a spacious living - kitchen area and modern shower, toilet and laundry etc.
