Just had a fantastic stay here - it's a beautifully presented shepherd's hut surrounded by rolling green. Host communication was great, and we found the hut to have everything we needed. The bed is comfy, the shower is great, and there is a functional kitchen. There are a couple of bbqs and a swim spa (a very large hot tub), making it easy to relax if you don't fancy going out. If you do want to go out, you can walk to local pubs or to Heale Gardens, which is lovely. I imagine most would come here by car but it is possible to train into Salisbury and get a taxi, as we did. All in all, we couldn't recommend this place enough - it's fantastic and I think we'll try and make it a yearly occurrence.

A fantastic place in a pretty, serene location where you can chill by the fire pit. The kids loved the hut and the amenities and brought them away from their devices and into the outside!

This is a perfect little place in the New Forest! It is our 4th time staying here and we love coming back. The full English breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients is to die for! We love seeing all of the animals on the farm and the forest, and our dog had a mini holiday of her own here. Amanda is an amazing host and a wonderful human being and we love listening to stories from her life and her knowledge about the forest. We hope to be back again

Exactly as advertised; very generous breakfast brought to the door of the hut by prior arrangement and at reasonable price. Bathroom hut basic but very decent shower with plenty of hot water and spotless.

A very tranquil setting. Lovely comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lovely friendly hosts too.

What a beautiful cabin/shepherds hut and location. I booked a solo weekend getaway and travelled by train from London, getting a taxi from Woking. All easy. Hosts came to say hello and were super friendly and welcoming. I went on a couple of nice walks but could have easily hung around the cabin all weekend. Perfect for solo getaway or as a couple. Had a solo stay- lovely hut with small kitchen and fridge. Some thoughtful touches like cold water and juice left on a boiling hot day for me. Very beautiful garden, I enjoyed the nearby sunset and sat out with the wood burner looking at the stars. Magical.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome. They came out to explain how everything works and where to find everything we need. They made us feel right at home straight away. I was my birthday whilst there and they had a birthday card waiting for me which was a lovely, thoughtful little surprise that they didn’t need to do. The location is beautiful & it’s a great place to stay that is surrounded by loads of walks & beautiful scenery. We absolutely loved it and would recommend

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend in the shepherds hut. Perfect wind down getaway. Totally stepped away from our busy lives! No TV which we loved! Lovely waking up to look out onto the beautiful surroundings and to watch the sun set whilst eating dinner we made in the cute little kitchen. Would highly recommend and return ourselves. I took my fiance here for her 40th, and it was just what she wanted: a lovely, quiet, peaceful getaway. Even though the weather was not as good when we got there, we still managed to make it cosy with the fire and plenty of blankets. The golf buggy is really unique and my partner particularly loved it, there's also some nice touches with extra chargers and cables to use which made life easier and more relaxing as we got there The cabin is spotless and the bed is super comfortable. The decking is a good size and allowed us to sit outwith the firepit. Definitely recommend.

Just got home from a fantastic 3 night stay in the shepherds hut, could not fault it one bit, the hut was amazing and such a peaceful place to stay. We would highly recommend it and we will be looking into booking again in the future. Tom our host was fantastic from start to finish, checking in with us regularly via message to see if we needed anything and was super responsive when we messaged him or asked for anything. Thank you Tom and Lucy. We had the best time.

This was a return visit ,The Hut is beautifully looked after!! the goodies that are left you are first class just like everything else!! The location for me is perfect !! great walking ,5 mins in the car and you are in Beautiful Bosham or Emsworth and by bus 15 mins Chichester The view from Hut is trees and fields !! so it is abundant in wildlife!! Very Relaxing !! I will return!!

The tinky winky hut was a prefect relaxing little getaway.. We loved using the hot tub and cooking on the bbq. Inside the hut was a lovely size space and had everything you needed. Neo our husky, had the best time zooming up and down the enclosed area. Mo was there to greet us and went through everything we needed to know and very responsive on here if we needed to message him. Great hosts! We loved the freshly laid eggs in our breakfast sandwiches too. Thankyou for them. We would definitely recommend this place :)

I booked Jo's shepards hut as a birthday present for my mum and her partner and they absolutely loved their stay! Jo was incredible throughout the whole booking and experience! Really friendly, excellent communication, very accomadating and thorough. From rules to directions, she's got it spot on! I asked if Jo could do a surprise hamper for my mum and she didn't disappoint! I gave her a price limit and a few ideas and she done the rest - excellent service! I would definitely book with Jo again! In the words of my mum: The views across the paddock in the morning are absolutely wonderful. And being able to walk miles and miles in the New Forest straight from the front door was something we really enjoyed. It was a pleasure to meet Jo and Carl, they are very friendly and was actually kind enough to show us around their other property whist we were there which is also amazing! I would 100% recommend staying here again in either property! And we will be back!

Myself and my Husband stay here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Victoria was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around her amazing place. It has everything you need and also local pubs that do amazing food if you want to venture out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Victoria :)

This was the second time we stayed at the glorious little Acorn Hut. Again we were very warmly welcomed by the family and we had a perfect stay! We will go back again!

John and Joan were amazing hosts. John has the hottub to perfect temp for when we arrived and came back in the morning to restart it for the day ahead. Even when we had no charcoal and was on the way to buy some John gave us some of his to save the trip. Very helpful and lovely people. The hut was lovely and private with beautiful surroundings, can't fault it and would definitely recommend.

If you really want a peaceful environment and great stay with an unconditional care from hailery and Colin, go for it! we had a great experience with them. They looked after us. They showed all of their creativity and their pets and especially the lovely gardens and tortoise and more to find. They are very lovely people. They will never let you down. If we ever come back again, we will definitely prefer this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful time at Emily’s shepherd’s hut. The hut itself was beautiful and had everything we needed, as well as a lovely wood burning stove, a comfy bed and lots of natural light and ambiance. The area around the Airbnb is beautiful and very peaceful. Emily was so responsive and friendly and even picked us up and dropped us off at the station! We will be visiting again very soon 🥰
