Welcome to Cape Norris Retreat on Norris Lake, a relaxing waterfront oasis designed for effortless days & comfortable nights. A gentle, no-steps path leads directly to the crystal-clear water, with private dock tucked inside a quiet no-wake cove. Perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or casting a line without boat traffic rushing by.

Serenity Cove 3 Bedroom Home on Secluded Cove

LOW WATER SPECIAL, with the low lake water levels this summer we have reduced our rates for June and July to $225 a night. We have clear water at our dock to provide a great swimming hole. The mouth of the cove is shallower than the cove (the cove fills through aquifers) and does not allow boats to come in and out of the cove as of May, 21. 3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform.

Watermark Lake House

Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.
