Fantastic location, close not only to Worcester city centre but also practical access to events such as the Cheltenham and Worcester race course and Shelsley Walsh hill climb.

This self-contained 1-bedroom annex is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in North Worcester, just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre and close to Worcester Racecourse. With convenient access to the M5 (junction 6) it’s perfectly located for both leisure and business stays. The annex features: Private parking, front & rear gardens with a seating area, spacious lounge with two bed settees, ideal for extra guests, a large walk in shower, a cozy double bedroom with a small walk in wardrobe.

Traditional style shepherds hut with picturesque views of countryside. Within this custom built shepherds hut/living quarters is a cosy double bed/two singles, a kitchen and dining area and a fully fitted shower room with flushing toilet. With a bespoke cast iron electric heater, TV/DVD/CD player. Well equipped kitchen with oven & hob, fridge, kettle and toaster, crockery, utensils and selection of glasses. All bed linen and towels. Outside seating shelter with rustic BBQ and wood burner.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.
