We are located 1 block from Wittenberg University and walkable to downtown Springfield, Veteran's Park Amphitheater and some of Springfield's favorite restaurants and bars. Whether you are traveling alone or with family you will be able to relax in style. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern amenities. The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

With more than 2100 sq feet, it's large enough for the whole family, a couple's trip, or a girls' spa weekend (sleeps 8). You can fully relax and get immersed in nature; yet, it's just a couple of blocks to the nearby brewery and downtown. Need to stay longer? Disconnect from the craziness and Reconnect with nature and family at this unforgettable off grid escape. Come give Glamping (which is Glamorous Camping) a try! We provide practically everything you need; literally just bring your clothes, food, and if you need them power cords for your phones a limited power source is provided. This 20ft yurt is fitted out with cooking supplies, sleeping for 5 with room for additional air mattresses, cots, or sleeping bags. Guest will have to walk 1/2 mile.

The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!
