This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall.
