Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Secluded and quiet. Be aware that the very last bit of the road is gravel, so watch out with very low clearance sports cars.

A friend & I stayed to cycle & hike Harper's Ferry & the Shepardstown area of the C&O. The placed checked all our important boxes..very clean, nice shower with hot water, very comfortable beds & furniture, very quiet, strong wifi. Download Google maps directions to get there as you might loose your cell connection. Same if you travel the area..download while on wifi at the house. When I saw the vintage GE electric stove with push button controls I though...wow will this thing work! Yes it works great! It heated up my hot water for tea & oatmeal faster than any modern stove! We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

The space was very nice and full of light but also private. Very clean. Vi and her husband were great hosts and very responsive and friendly.

What a cozy, beautiful place! We felt right at home here and didn’t want to leave. We loved being greeted by the chickens and having them escort us to our car 😆 We also loved enjoying our morning coffee on the deck in the rocking chairs. The bed was so comfortable, the bathtub was great for a nice soak on a cold, wet night, and the water pressure was great too. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Bnb experience ever!!! Emma was so sweet, I’ve never had a host literally think of everything from lip chap to a dog bed! The space was cozy, clean and so peaceful. Netflix was already logged in so all we had to do was relax and login. Everything from the thoughtful kitchen supplies to the bubbling little creek all work together to make this the most amazing stay. Emma herself was pretty amazing, down to earth and so helpful. We loved the space and can’t recommend it highly enough, but the unexpected surprise was how good the bakery was. I’m not exaggerating. Best bakery I’ve ever been to and I’m a foodie who has traveled all over the world! I wish I could eat here every day, then again that would probably be a problem. Anyway, stay here I promise you’ll have no regrets.

This apartment was absolutely cozy! I've never stayed in an Airbnb that is a part of someone's house, and I felt very comfortable with my stay. On top of that, the space was noticeably pristine! We happened to meet Erika and John in passing and they were extremely pleasant. Since the weather has been changing, Erika made a point to ask about the temperature in the apartment and quickly followed up by providing us a fan to keep us cool! The aesthetic in the apartment is super cute, especially if you like cats. We felt calm and at-home in this space. Would definitely stay again if we come out to Front Royal! P.S., ask Erika about cool and vintage spots nearby ;) She's got all the info!

Highly recommend for someone familiar with the area as it is a great location being close to wineries, breweries, hiking and downtown Winchester

Host was very prompt, and the whole booking process was simple, and easy. Really nice peaceful place with lots to do around the area. Definitely going back.

This is such a cute house. Plenty of towels, washcloths and blankets were provided. It was very clean and amply stocked. The owners thought of everything to make this a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is on a busy street which can be tricky to pull out of at certain times of day but the road noise was hardly noticeable inside the house. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely book this house.

Stayed in Pat’s place for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. I don’t think we’ve stayed in any other place as well-prepared for guests—it had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The property was just as beautiful as the pictures and was like a home away from home. Pat was also a great host from the time booked until checkout, providing plenty of local recommendations and checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

Convenient and spacious. This older building has been slightly remodeled. It had everything we need and the host was very responsive when we had a request.

My sister was visiting from Canada so we decided to head to Virginia to hit some wineries and breweries. We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place! It looked just like the photos, was clean and cozy, and a perfect place to unwind at the end of the night with a glass of wine. The hosts texted us recommendations of stuff to do in the area and we had an amazing time. Great couch and TV set up, very comfortable beds, and beautiful wooded surroundings. Highly recommend for any trip to the area!

This lovely home was perfect for our family of 6 to get together for the long holiday weekend. Kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed and a huge dining room table to gather around at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in this area. Hosts are kind and responsive.

We had an incredible stay at what my kids called “The River House.” It was a PERFECT spot for kids with bunk beds downstairs, beautiful views for parents to relax upstairs. The HOA beach was beautiful and memorable. We had the peaceful spot to ourselves as our kiddos played in the rocks by the river. We are grateful to Songyee for hosting us!

This AirBnb hosted by Julie was perfect! The space was just what we needed as a little home base as we explored Harper’s Ferry and the surrounding area. Julie provided great recommendations in terms of places to eat. Would love to go back!

Taylor provides a great spot for the region. Close to Harper's Ferry with all its hiking & Antietam for the history buffs, this provided the perfect respite for our small family. We really appreciated Taylor providing high quality cookware and dishes. Many times hosts cheap out on that stuff but Taylor had great stuff - even a pod and drip coffee combo! Private and roomy, we found everything to be as advertised and then some. Taylor was always quick to respond to our queries and provided good advice on local attractions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend her place if one is in the area.

Alison's place is great if you value being walkable to Old Town. We prefer this over staying at the Wyndham Grand because of the separate room for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is modern and fridge with a water filter is clutch. We didn't try to make any meals. Bed was clean/firm, HVAC was responsive, and lounge chair in the sitting area was comfortable. You can hear the train and street noise (especially cars w/o mufflers) at night, but I assume that's the case if you stay anywhere near Old Town.
