Escape to this unique & tranquil getaway in 1000 islands vicinity. The spacious lake-view sunroom is perfect for relaxing. The master suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Relax in the hot tub [seasonally May-December] overlooking the lake or lounge at waterfront pergola with gas fire-pit. Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Bunkie on Howe Island

Howe Island Bunkie: Enjoy the Thousand Isands on the St Lawrence River in a private bunkie. Cabin sleeps 2 with separate bathroom. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, canoe, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, etc. Cabin has electricity, fan/heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding/towels provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.

Thousand Island riverside 3 bedroom cottage.

Near Clayton NY sits cottage with a stunning view of the St Lawrence River. The upper cottage has three bedrooms – the main bedroom with a king bed, sliding doors to deck and spectacular river views, another room with a double bed and another with two twin beds. The bonus for this cottage is an enclosed outdoor shower. The river is swimmable, small dock, and private parking. We do allow pets, but we do have a pet fee.

Stunning 360 degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This tiny, basic cottage is accessible only by boat and offers an 80’ concrete dock. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque. Apple Tree Cottage -1000 Islands

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Bike riding, walking and tennis courts just down the road. There is a dock the goes with the house for fishing, boating, swimming, or just watching the sunrise or sunset. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

Guffin Bay Lake House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 2 bedroom lake house. Enjoy some lake therapy with a private dock to fish off, and a private boat launch that you can use to access the lake to go kayaking or paddle boarding. Wi-Fi is included on the premises. A fire pit and outside seating on premises.
