We loved how easily accessible the lake is with your own dock and a launch not too far away. Our kids loved the Lilly pad, slide and kayaks provided! There were also a lot of life jackets available which was nice. The bottle of wine and complimentary tastings at a local winery was a nice touch! I loved the boho decor and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely be back another time :)

We recently stayed at the lake house and had a great experience. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with separate entrances. Perfect for groups of people who would like a little bit of privacy from each other. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and the deck was amazing for morning coffee and dinner at sunset.

This is our second time staying here and we’ll probably come again! It’s so peaceful. The property is beautiful with plenty of space for our dogs to run, my son had a great time playing basketball and my husband launched his kayak right onto the lake for a weekend of fishing. Amelia goes above and beyond and is so helpful. We loved the personalized card and snacks. Definitely would recommend!!

This lake house was perfect in every way! Both the inside and outside were amazing, offering the ideal getaway. The view of the moon at night reflecting on the lake was breathtaking, casting a beautiful shadow over the water. You see wildlife surroundings and also birds which migrates during the winter. From the bedroom, the view was absolutely fantastic it’s the kind of scenery that makes you feel completely relaxed and at peace. Overall staying here felt like therapy for the soul. It’s definitely worth every moment and I highly recommend it !!

It’s a beautiful home and love the view. I wouldn’t mind booking again in the future. My wife and kids enjoyed their stay as well as myself. I recommend this place for little family with kids because the whole place is gated and it’s safe for the kids to play. Thank you for having us and we will definitely book again in the future.

Theur home was very neat and clean inside. It was nicer than I expected with an updated kitchen and bathroom. We had lots of room for everyone! The kitchen had many gadgets and utensils but you should bring your own foil, waxed paper, etc. The water from all faucets had a strong sulfur smell for the first day and a half and then it went away, as some others have mentioned. We loved being able to beach our jet ski right in front of the house, and when they say it's a great bird watching house, it is no exaggeration. There were birds of all kinds everywhere! We enjoyed swimming and jet skiing and sitting on the back deck enjoying the birds and sunsets. I do wish the beach was a private beach and not shared with the neighbors on either side. However, none of the neighbors ever used the beach during our trip so it felt private. Kipper and Billy were also very responsive to my many pre-visit questions. All in all we had a wonderful time in their beautiful home.

We stayed for 2 nights here and we really enjoyed it. The weather was a bit cloudy and rainy when we were there but we still had a good time. The rain caused a few issues with the heater but Jason and Elaine were very prompt in getting it fixed asap. The place is very peaceful and beautiful. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. We would definitely visit again during the summer months when the weather is better.

Beautiful, peaceful and lovely stay. This was a fantastic place and one of the best Airbnb stays in my experience. Paulette is a friendly host and has included so many extras in her rental. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need and she has stocked the bathrooms with many extras. The location is beautiful with decks and windows that view the lake. The completely fenced back yard with the private beach really was beautiful and relaxing. We could let our dogs run free and they loved it. There are California buckeye trees there so I picked up the fruit that had dropped so my dog wouldn't chew them. There is a nice pergola on the beach so we could sit in the shade while the dogs played. Do try the Crestview walk listed in the binder. We drove to the dirt road, parked and had a really nice dog walk. We also walked the Redbud trail off of Hwy 20 which was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is everything you could want for a fishing trip and more! I surprised my husband for his birthday with a stay in Cottage #5, and he loved every minute of it. The views were stunning morning and night, and the dock was just steps from the door—he fished from sunrise to sunset! We grilled steaks and had dinner by the water, and I enjoyed peaceful morning coffee with a view. The cottage was cozy and had all the basics we needed. The bed deserves its own shoutout—super comfortable! No TV, but we brought a projector and watched movies in the living room. Just a heads-up: there were a lot of bugs, which is expected in nature, so definitely bring bug spray. We had to DoorDash some along with candles, though not sure how much they helped. Overall, it was a relaxing and fun trip. We loved it and are already thinking about making this a yearly tradition. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful fishing getaway!

Beautiful place and beautiful views. Perfect for a getaway with a small family. I already can see us coming back here. They had fishing rods in the apartment and the dock is below the house so it’s a great activity for folks who want to enjoy the place, do a few low key activities. We had internet issues but Quincy was very prompt to help us out and get it fixed. I recommend this place for a nice getaway with family

We spent the Labor Day weekend here. The house was great - clean and enough spaces for 2 families. The house was at the channel of the clear lake- basically at the entrance of the lake. We brought our inflatable SUP boards and had a great time going into the lake and go look at the houses in the channel. Our kids had a great time in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and enough seating for all of us. Definitely recommended!

I took my 4 kids, my husband and myself away for a surprise getaway and it did not disappoint!! They always responded quickly. The place was so clean and organized. It was exactly what I was looking for something peaceful, quiet, and remote with nature. My kids had an absolute time of their lives with the lake and all the activities they had on the property. Can’t wait to go back next year with the family! Definitely an amazing experience! The house was so clean and organized.

We decided to do something a little different this Easter break. We've never been to Clearlake, but heard fishing was good, but never could've imagined a fishing experience like this. First off, the home was perfect, inside was so open, the view of the lake looking out from living room is a sight to see. Upon arrival, before all was unpacked my youngest Son grabbed his rod and went directly to the back dock, as I did the same. He caught a 7lb 13oz large mouth bass, the video I took is priceless of him fighting it to the boat ramp. Next day while while out on the dock fishing catching crappie, and some smaller bass, I hooked onto a 7lb 4oz large mouth. The highlight of our family trip was having us all out on the dock fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking, and being able to keep our boat on the dock for immediate access. My highlight was getting woken up by my wife, and daughter, heading out to the dock to fish at 6:30 am without getting us boys up. My family thanks you Aasif!

The house was beautiful and a restful place away from the city. I agree with other reviews and it was super clean. My small family thoroughly enjoyed the house and its proximity to hiking trails and Healdsburg downtown.

Exactly as described/pictured. Super easy checkin in and very responsive host who also kindly offered local recommendations that also were great. Winter trip so no jumping in the lake or swimming in pool but still had great time fishing from the property, soaking in hot tub after hiking, roasted s’more’s in fire-pit (bring your own wood) and calming lake views while playing board games/eating. Family is already asking when can we go back….

We had a lovely experiecne at Greg's property. The location is pristine - right by the lake facing mountains! We had toddlers with us during the stay and they thoroughly enjoyed camping out in the porch. Greg was a very responsive host, and easily accessible. We highly recommend this place for families looking for peace and quite, and that enjoy getting close to the nature. We look forward to staying at Greg's listing again!

Charming lakefront home, loved the quirky period appropriate decor. House was super clean and private, host took extra steps to ensure our comfort with electric blanket and plenty of space heaters as it was a stormy weekend. Spectacular bird watching with amazing views from sitting in front of the windows and covered patio. Kids play room and all the games/books were a big hit with the family. Cannot wait to return in warmer weather. Thank you Amelia❤️
