The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

A cosy semi-detached 100 year old cottage with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds and furniture. The rear garden is secluded and has seating for relaxing or dining. Very close to Arundel with its famous historic castle and easy road access to Goodwood. Situated in a rural location on the edge of a farm but with a variety of local shops and amenities only 5 mins drive. The cottage is our home however we take great care to lock away personal belongings.

This is a beautiful Family Annexe in West Sussex. We are 10/15 minutes from Littlehampton & Arundel. The historic town of Arundel is home to the stately Arundel Castle & Cathedral, aswell as antique shops, cafes & restaurants. Chichester Cathedral city & Goodwood are a 20 minutes drive. Great location for the South Downs National Park. We are close to some glorious beaches like Littlehampton (East & West Beach), Felpham, Bognor Regis & The Witterings.
