Lake Champlain Getaway

Spectacular views of Lake Champlain and Green Mountains! A short drive from Whiteface, Burlington and Montreal. The property has its own shoreline and dock. We can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an enclosed porch. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also one large bedroom with 1 twin and 1 double. Pets welcome. You will also have use of the neighborhood's private beach a short walk down the street. 5 night minimum (summer 2026). Ask about shorter stays.

Sit on the beach on those hot summer days or enjoy a calm morning with a coffee out on the dock. Spend the day kayaking, canoeing and paddle boating. WIFI is available and plenty of free parking.

Cute and quiet park model with plenty of room to move around inside. Beautiful kitchen and dining area with 2 bedrooms. Parking for up to 2 vehicles depending on size. Boats can be parked at bottom of small hill and charged there which is only steps away. Located in a quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor table and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment!

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.

Lake Champlain lakefront house

Located in South Hero, Vermont (30 minutes from Burlington, and a mile from the ferry to Plattsburgh, NY) our family-friendly lake house features five bedrooms, three floors of living space, a lovely modern kitchen, three bathrooms, a large, private lawn, and is situated on 300 feet of lake front.
