Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Stuart's Opera House Public Square Nelsonville

Verity-Hall House offers roomy bedrooms and a relaxing first floor. When you aren't relaxing at the house, catch a show at Stuart's Opera House right across the street, go for a hike in nearby Hocking Hills, and walk to restaurants, coffee shops, art, local library, and the local bar in under two minutes. This property is owned and operated by Stuart's Opera House, a non-profit arts organization. By staying here you are supporting the local arts community in Southeast Ohio. Everyone is welcome.

We are located near Nelsonville's Historic Arts District, the Nelsonville Music Festival, Hocking College, Hocking Hills State Park, Athens & Ohio University, Lake Hope State Park, and Wayne National Forest. "Oink" is located on 50 acres of privately owned property and is sure to meet your vacation needs.

It is located next to another larger unit & near an operating business in the country. Plenty of parking for trailers and all trails are located within 5 minutes.

Burr Oak Cabin

Burr Oak Cabin is nestled into the woods of Burr Oak State Park. Just a short walk or drive to Burr Oak Lake where you can enjoy fishing (license required), hiking, or boating. Hiking trails include various state park trails, the American Discovery Trail or the Buckeye Trail. Put in your own boat at the Dock 1 boat ramp (9.9 hp limit) or rent a kayak, canoe, fishing boat or pontoon boat. Rentals available April through October. We have wifi with a Roku smart Tv to stream.
