We had a great stay. The house was clean, we have no complaints or issues. Lyndsey was fantastic, very response and very kind. We would stay again.

Really loved my stay! Heads up - no WiFi and the TVs are cable only. Lots of dead flies on the property, but that’s the fault of the cleaning crew. The hosts were fantastic. Hot tub and views were lovely!

Place was a lot bigger then what the pictures make it seem. Very large kitchen and living room. Family friendly with toys, games, and books for kids. Everything you may need is available. Wide open yard also if you have pets.

Stayed 6 days and had a wonderful stay. Host and co host were very responsive before and during stay. Do not have any complaints at all. Only thing we wished with a stinky toddler that we didn’t have to keep the old trash in the house but is understandable as the bears in the area. Again had a wonderful week stay and would highly recommend felt at home cozy.

The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was plenty of room for our family of 5.

Pictures do not do this place justice! I was planning on buying extra things for the week and to my surprise many items were already there and available for me to use! Very homey, very peaceful, very private. This place has almost everything to enjoy your stay. If you’re looking for that old country feel and private getaway, THIS IS IT!! Plenty of room for everyone even your furry friends :)

A very nice room renovated to look like a cabin. Comfortable bed, small kitchenette perfect for fixing breakfast or small meals. Great location to where we wanted to be . Not far from Smoky MT National Park. Had great extras like his game room and fire pit/ picnic area. We would stay here again

My kids and I stayed when it was brand new, it has come a long way ! Second stay in the books and we will return! It’s very comfy and very safe! Not to big and not to small! Comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets available, always responds and so easy to communicate with! Thanks so much! We can’t wait to be back! P.s. this is my kids “FAVORITE PLACE EVER”!

This AirBnB was one of the my favorites of any I have ever rented. We were able to bring both dogs with us and have a family vacation with both of our furry friends not just our smaller tiny dog. For anyone looking for a place that is very dog friendly and has a large, convenient dog yard for your trip this is perfect. All of the outdoor amenities really put this stay over the top for us and we loved it so much. It was a quick trip but great none the less and the host was always responsive and quick to answer questions when we had them. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking into staying here and for the price we paid you can not beat it in my opinion. Don’t regret booking it one bit, a very quiet private little spot just a short drive from Gatlinburg. Me and my fiancé had a blast.

We had a great time at the cabin. The outdoor porch and patio were both beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The creek was beautiful. You could hear the water rushing by all night and it made for quite a peaceful and relaxing experience. Was so nice to be right in nature and not have to go anywhere to be right by the water.

Hallstop Hangout was absolutely amazing. It is the perfect getaway about 45 min from Gatlinburg. We did a lot of activities in that area but where we stayed was the perfect little oasis to feel immersed in the Forrest. This is amazing location and the entire place had every little detail thought of. It was quiet, comfortable & it felt safe. I’d recommend this to any couple, family or even for a bachelorette party. 10/10 would stay again

Had a lovely stay at Nic and Carrie's! Everything was exactly as described and the cabin included many thoughtful touches like extra blankets, space heaters, coffee, spices, flashlights, a lighter for getting the fire started (which we had forgotten so thank you!), and a full supply of firewood. The bed and pillows are also incredibly comfortable. Maybe it was the fresh mountain air, the hiking, the cozy cabin, or just the pillows themselves, but we've never slept so well. You definitely do need 4 wheel drive to get up their driveway, which we didn't have, but we were able to park at the bottom and get our cardio in by walking up to the top. The views were worth it. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was perfect to get away from regular life and have sometime out for yourself off from your regular stress. Gives you your private space and have some quality time to spend with family and friends. Within reach for all requirements including groceries, get away activities, within reach to the great smoky mountains. I'd highly recommend this place for a family get together and have some peaceful time out of your regular life. Kids play ground would definitely be great value addition and will drive more guests to this place :)

David's place is great value for money! spotless, quiet, roomy, with everything you need. David stopped by A couple of times to make sure everything was ok and way very accommodating. The cabin was just as advertised and absolutely spotless! I would have no problem recommending David's properties to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

Cute little place - has everything you need for a few days stay such as a well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor area with fire ring and bbq tools provided, wifi and tv entertainment for evenings. You can quickly get to the action in Gatlinburg, PF and the park itself (15-20 min drive), but also has trails, grocery stores nearby. Easy, contactless getting in and out.

Awesome stay in Cosby, TN. Right on Cosby Creek. Great spot for fly fishing and just disconnecting from the hustle and bustle. Janice’s Diner down the street has some awesome comfort foods and cakes, Round Up Coffee on the outskirts of Newport is good as well. A little over half an hour from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Everything was as described and it felt comfortable and at home to be there. Robert is very accommodating.
