Fantastic place to stay! Our family loved every second and was even more wonderful than what we were expecting especially as this was booked for a surprise birthday weekend away. Hosts were friendly and kept us up to date if they need to. Instructions, and helpful guides were given. Can’t recommend this place and hosts enough. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Roberts Family

Having reviewed lots of places to stay in Dartmoor National Park, Claire's place stood out immediately and this was evident throughout out stay. The location is fantastic and Claire's attention to detail with handy notes and fantastic communication was superb! A perfect little getaway spot just what we were after.

Lovely stay at The Nest. Great communication from the host, beautiful home and wonderful location for exactly what we needed. Our only point to note is that the cottage is not where it says on Google & Apple Maps and there is no phone signal in the area. This meant we had to ask people in the village for their help to find the correct location. Using ‘what3words’ or clear directions would maybe be helpful for future guests 😊 Overall a lovely stay and would recommend.

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

The loveliest, most peaceful little paradise for a couple of days away from reality! The house was deceptively big with everything you need for a little stay, and great recommendations from Louise and Andrew on local amenities, pubs etc. Louise met us on arrival, walked us to the house and advised on using the hot tub. Otherwise left us to it but both Louise and Andrew were very responsive to messages as appropriate. The house was done up nicely and very clean, and the farm itself is beautiful and very peaceful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Emma and Kevin were the most friendly and attentive hosts - nothing was too much trouble for them! They provide us with lots of information on the property and local surroundings, recommendations on things to do and checked in whilst we were there to see if there was anything else they could do for us. The property itself is in a quiet and peaceful location with a fantastic pub within walking distance and lots of other things within a short drive. The thought and care that has gone into the house is second to none, with a wood fire, jacuzzi, large bath, comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen to name just a few of the amazing amenities. We had an wonderful time here and will absolutely look to be back in the not too distance future as we loved it so much!

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here it was excellent! The cottage was lovely, with super views across to the Hoe. Some very good places to eat and drink nearby, and lots of place to walk. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return again very soon.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

We had such a great time at Caroline’s cottage, the location is stunning and the cottage felt immediately like home. Caroline has thought of everything and it’s the little touches which really made our stay, fresh local milk in the fridge, lovely soaps, shower gels etc. Extra rugs and a spare lead for our dog, and even a bat detector which our son really enjoyed. Overall a fab experience, we’ll definitely be coming back

Enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage that was fully equipped for our family of 5. Full of character and spotlessly clean throughout. Gemma was very responsive, but also discreet so we had a lovely time and would happily return. Great location for exploring the area, and whilst in the countryside very close to all necessary shops etc.

A wonderful couple of days stay, we were greeted by one of the hosts and they went through everything we could need or want to use here. Clean, stylish and peaceful. The bed is a dream and we had the best nights sleep here. Will come again when we are next in the area, thank you!

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

As a group of four we had an excellent stay at Briardene. The cottage had plenty of space and was extremely well equipped and very clean and stylish. The hot tub was lovely and the quiet nights enabled a good night's sleep. There were two parking spaces which was great as the village is small with narrow roads. The village pub was warm and welcoming and the food was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

What a beautiful cosy cottage. Worked perfectly for us to spend a couple of days near Honiton. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Eleanor’s cottage. The location is great, really close to the centre of Totness with quick access to great beaches and stunning countryside. Eleanor has some great recommendations in her welcome folder, particular faves were the independent cinema, Indian restaurant and Man beach. The house is well decorated and furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. We hope to visit again

A really cosy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful location in east Devon. Was very simple to get to Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, and there was also lovely areas to walk arouns right by the cottage. Cottage nicely spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a lovely long weekend at Stoop Cellars with our 3 month old and 2.5 year old. The cottage had everything we needed, we even managed to do a wash of clothes to ease our return! The garden was beautiful and gave such joy to our eldest son for his Easter egg hunt! The beds were super comfy, the fire cosy with lots of firewood, honestly one of the most thought out airbnbs we’ve stayed in.

Perfect stay, cottage was beautiful and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed our time here and if we were to come back to Devon, we will book Willow Cottage again. Highly Recommend. Thank you Karen 😊
