We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Exeter is 30 minutes by car.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Set within your own private garden in the grounds of our farmhouse, the shepherd's hut provides an ideal countryside spot. The garden is fully fenced/walled so secure for dogs. Inside there is underfloor heating, so is warm and cosy. Close to the River Otter, with beautiful walks along the river and through ancient woodland, plus the East Devon Footpath passing along the lane outside. There are local pubs to walk to and just a 10 minute drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth.

Kindly note this is a NO SMOKING property (including conservatory). Relax with the family at this home in the heart of a beautiful woodland village West Hill near Ottery St Mary. Peaceful relaxation in a cosy stylish clean modern cottage. Parking is in the front and on the road just around the corner of the cottage. Pls note no smoking in the property, if guests smoke inside the house or conservatory there will be a charge of £200. Ty! Tea, coffee, provided.
